It was discovered there was an install error covered under the warrantyCoils were installed on the bottom instead of the top*** *** dispatched two technicians for this warranty repair and they also found a leak at the suction lineThe coils were moved and the leak was repairedI was charged for the leak repair and not the warranty repairI asked for a detailed invoice describing exactly what was done and repairedI was emailed an invoice stating there was a repair leak and a ‘warranty diagnostic.’ I asked again via email for a more descriptive repair other than ‘warranty diagnostic’ and I am being ignoredNowhere does it mention the coils being moved or repaired under warrantyCan you please help?
We arrived home after a trip to a very warm master bedroom in degree weather We called in and were given a window appointment that afternoon Santos arrived and asked questions and was a good listener to determine the issue He explained what he was doing and why, and was able to address the problem and get the a/c unit back up and running very quickly He also did various tests to insure no other problems and that entire system was functioning properly Very Professional and Thorough

Terrible service or lack thereofI purchased my home in July of 2014, and Chas Roberts was the company contracted through KB Homes to install our HVAC unitsWe have a "labor" warranty of years as well as "parts" warranty through the manufacturer for yearsMy main unit for the first floor had stopped working and a call was made to Chas Roberts to repair as it is still under warrantyWe had contacted the company and were informed someone would be contacting us to schedule service (8:AM 06/04/16)We had made another call around 12:PM as we still had not heard from anyoneWe were then informed the earliest someone would be able to come out would be Monday afternoon (it is Saturday)With temperatures exceeding degrees this is unacceptableI contacted another HVAC company and they were out within the hourFinally received a call from "Curtis" I believe around PM in the afternoon to inform me that it in fact it was not covered under warranty (this is completely inaccurate and not sure how they came to this determination)The lack of professionalism as well as communication is appallingI am writing this as a precaution to anyone considering using their services as we had no say in the matterNeedless to say I will gladly use anyone else regardless of cost for any/all additional servicing

I had a large hot water pipe leak under the slab of my rental house I thought it would require using expensive equipment to locate the leak, dig up the slab at that point, and then repair the leak and take many hours or days Luis (technician #9366) from Chas Roberts came out to investigate and give me an estimate on a Sunday He said he could just run a new line from before the leak in a bathroom wall, up though the attic to the outside wall to the kitchen sink all in one day He was able to rearrange his schedule to come out the next day and finished the job in less than five hours He only had to cut three small holes in the bathroom dry wall to fish the new PEX tubing through the wall into the attic and down the wall to the kitchen sink pipe He climbed around in the attic twice to finish the job There was no way I could have figured out what to do and then do it to fix this leak I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and courteous Luis was to quickly repair this potentially devastating situation I believe the renters appreciated his efforts too This is the second time I have used Chas Roberts to repair a plumbing problem and have been completely happy with the service Thanks Luis and Chas Roberts
Daniel was professional and helpful concerning our A/C unit We are thankful for his expert adviceChas Roberts is a solid and honest company, and the CAP program (maintenance) is something we invest in and recommend to others
On Jun I had a repair done to my Air ConditioningWhen I received my invoice *** the technician documented that he replaced the motor and capThen when I looked at all of the charges, there is a $charge for replacing a motor and on that same line it states that the same charge includes the capThen there is a second charge for replacing any cap of $ Since the technician only documented replacing one cap I should not be getting billed for a second capI have tried getting in contact with someone at both of their offices in Tucson and in Phoenix
We wanted to pass on our appreciation to Chas Roberts and their technician Joseph W*** we provided us a great service experience this morningJoseph was incredibly professional and personableHe was efficient but was quite willing to explain things to us and answer all our questionsHe certainly knew his stuff and left us comfortable and assured in our choice to work with themThanks again Jospeh!
