I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
First off it does not "come up with Maps"! I will say this again, it is NOT SOFTWARE! It is an real atlas that has a copyright of 2014. After checking into this more, Rand M*** has not even made this particular atlas since 2014!! How your salesman could tell me it was a 2017 edition is beyond me? I bet you check and your salesmen will still tell you the exact same thing to this day! Most companies nowadays will include a return label or email you one so you can send an item such as this backAfter being told I couldn't return the atlas because it was SOFTWARE and I filed this complaint you did send me a form to fill out but I am responsible for the return shipping, plus and I quote, "*** *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***. Hmmm just guessing here.. $to ship it to me and $to ship it back and $for restocking I'm out $on a $itemI don't think sooand you have wasted enough of my time!

a Minn Kota Terrova Trolling Motor with i-Pilot and Bluetooth - No Foot Pedal Included - 12V-55lb-inch @ $with us on 2/**/ On 2/**/- Cx called and said that he need to return the item for refund as he received the wrong item - after reviewing the order we show that customer was sent exactly what was ordered and on the customer's Proof of PurchaseCustomer stated that he was looking for inches and received the inches shaft as ordered We advise him to return for refund... cx said that he didn't opened the package, item was not installed On 2/**/- Cust called in he narrate the issue againInstead of 45" shaft we sent inch that was orderedCustomer stated he would like to return it back for an exchange with Minn Kota Terrova 55-USTrolling Motor with i-Pilot and Bluetooth - 12V-55lb-inch @ - $more than the initial item purchased. As a courtesy, our warehouse issued a PrePaid PickUp to our customer using *** Tracking number *** - this package was returned to us for inspection and consequent exchange on Friday 3/*/at no cost to our customer On Tuesday 3/*/- cust called in and asked if we have recd the Motor back for exchangethe package at this time was being processed We explained to our customer that the package will be shipped out within to 48hrs.On 3/**/- the package was shipped out to customer at no shipping cost using *** Tracking *** Customer contacted us after the package was shipped out to request to cancel the exchanged item - stated he no longer wanted the item for exchange as he is able to get it cheaper elsewhere Customer refused to pay to return, as it was already shipped out, the item stating he will go to Revdex.com and put bad reviews about company. Again, as a courtesy, we sent customer another PrePaid Return using *** Tracking *** *** made several attempts to pick up the package from our customer on 3/**, 3/** and again on 3/** Customer was not available or the business was closed per *** notes.Customer has since disputed the charge with their Credit Card company stating they did not recognize the charge for the item that has not yet been returned We will continue to work with our customer for the safe return of the unwanted item and will follow up with him today to re-issue another *** PickUp at no cost to our customer Once the item is successfully return and inspected, we will issue a full refund to our customer's credit card.If you have any further questions and/or comments please feel free to contact our US Based Customer Relations Department at ###-###-#### Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern/Standard.Customer Relations Department
