My complaint WAS PARTIALLY resolved. The charges for the GPS unit ($419.99) and the warranty ($39.95) were refunded on 4/*/2016. However, the charge for the extra mount ($58.95) HAS NOT been refunded as of 4/*/@ 9pm CST. Today, I again confirmed with UTM Distributing (the business to whom I mailed the returns to per the incorrect instructions provided by ***) that they had in fact shipped the GPS and the MOUNT in ONE BOX on 3/**/to FactoryOutletStore (NY) and they confirmed receipt by FactoryOutletStore of BOTH GPS & MOUNT items (via multiple e-mails according to UTM Distributing) on 3/**/2016. Therefore, I have not been fully refunded and of course CANNOT keep the mount as I DON'T HAVE IT (it was returned to FactoryOutletStore along with the GPS unit in the SAME BOX!

This is not true, I contacted by phone and called two different numbers and talked to two different people to get this order canceled and was told that it could not be canceledI had to call twice and send an e-mail requesting a treacking numberThe tracking number was not given to me until I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company

The 2nd pen they sent also did not work with the computer I called Lenovo technical support and they said the pen that was sent is not compatible with this computer They also said that no pen was compatible with this computer!!! Despite the fact that it shows several images advertising that it comes with a pen Which, is the main reason I purchased the computer as I work with clients everyday in the field and require signatures They clearly falsely advertised this product in a fraudulent manner.

My credit card company refunded to me the $charge before the business had refunded them. *** has finally reimbursed my credit card company.For clarification, it was not the purchase that I was dissatisfied with; it was the horrible customer service. This company failed to uphold their verbally expressed commitment to ship this item when promised. They repeatedly failed to allow me to speak with a customer service supervisor (I had been told that this level of authority was required to resolve my complaint) and repeatedly failed to have the customer service supervisor return my call.The offer of a discount for future purchase is worthless to me, as I have no intent of ordering from this company or their sister companies again. They have a Revdex.com rating of 'F' for a reasonI am wiser for this experience.I have invested a great deal of time to reach this resolution. This resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved

I am attaching the original communication with the Factory outlet as they were not honest with their responseI immediately let them know that the item that they sent was not brand new; it was a knock off from ChinaThis was supposed to be a brand new item from Motorola and that was not the caseThese guys sent a knock off item and did not even bother to test the item before sendingI know for sure that it was a knock off because I bought the same knock off item from a seller on amazon; package and all was the sameThese guys should not have advertised and sold this item as brand new.

There was NO response from the company about any back order extensions at any time All I ever heard was "our systems says the item will be received by us in to days!" They never notified me of anything via email or US mail I was calling them to find out what was going on This July *** date is a statement on their behalf I have record of all times at which I CONTACTED THEM!!!! This company does not communicate with their customers but has no problem stalling with excuses This product is a battery for a phone that is OLD, NOT POPULAR! As for contact dates, I listed them in my first email and I REPEAT AGAIN, THEY NEVER MADE AN EFFORT TO CONTACT ME WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!! THIS Company has no business having an A+ rating with the Revdex.com since the complaint ratio to good responses is to I have not seen any credit appear on my credit card and it's days since they claim they made an adjustment So Again a LIE!

The bank in Wyoming is a small town bank..not like a *** *** or seafirst or bank of americathey are a rural small town bank and they have chosen NOT to open my account back up because they see NO reasoning behind a business that can't refer a refund to another bank and accountThis is a simple adjustment and there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why they can't refund my money into my new bank accountSo I will loose my $that a paid for the dog collar and whatever the $was for??? because they have a policy that no other company hasI have bought many things on-line from businesses like *** etcand I have NEVER had this kind of problem with a refundIt is so simpleThey do NOT need to be in business on-line if they have such insane policies as to not refund from one credit card to the other card which is a simple process that all other businesses have no problem in doingI want my $put into my *** *** new account and I WILL send them the collar backAt least I will do something correct if they can do the sameI will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again and I will tell everyone I know which is A LOT of people NOT to do business with themIn my opinion I suspect they no such policy and they are using this tactic to not refund my moneyThank for your help Revdex.com, but please, please continue to help resolve my complaint.

[Your Answer Here]As a point of clarification, the original response from the company was to tell me I would not be receiving a hard copy of the update but my original receipt held all the information needed to update my GARMIN device. I took them at their word and never questioned the validity of their customer service representative. Unfortunately, life is not always fair and pressing events in my life took precedence over updating my GPS so it was not until some months later that I once again felt I could devote time to updating my GPS. When I again attempted to contact Factory Outlet, their less than personal automated answering machine assured me they would in fact call me back as theyappreciated my business. Several days went by and with no phone call I once again attempted to contact their company. The eventual customer service representative I was able to speak to clarified I was outside their promised service commitments but he would see what they could do for me. I continue to try to work my way through during the update based on the information supplied and eventually contacted GARMIN that informed me that based on the information within my receipt/email I got from Factory Outlet I would not be able to update my GARMIN GPS as they never provided me with the all important KEY#. Subsequent to my complaint with Revdex.com, I was called by Factory Outlet informing they had decided they would refund my money and had in fact issued a check the day before. Today, some five (5) days later I still have not received the refund. The *** states First Class mail will travel anywhere within the lower in two to three days. Where is the refund?
