I was googling around for some medical help for my cat, when I stumbled across this siteI read the post that I had initially followed the link for, and was about to move on when a chatbox popped up in the bottom rightA so called "veterinarian's assistant" asked me what was going on, so I said "I've learned to be wary of popups on site I don't knowAm I speaking to a real human being right now?" Throughout the rest of the chat, what I am now sure was a bot would ask me things like "What is wrong with the human be?" When I expressed my disbelief that I was speaking to a real person, a clearly pretyped paragraph came up about a second later, far faster than could have been typedEventually I said "screw it, can't hurt to actually say what the problem is" and stated the issues my cat was havingThe bot proceeded to ask more questions about my "human be", before I was redirected to a page where I could continue to chat with my expert, for a small fee! Needless to say, I got the hell out of thereCan you say scam?

As of now I'm just reporting an experienceI paid the initial fee of $for justanser*** to give me an answer to a mechanical questionMy credit card would not let them charge me without an additional okI ok'd the chargeWhen justanswer*** sent me an email with the response I could not open it because they said my credit card information was incompleteWell, it was complete enough to charge me $So I lost $and received no answerStill trying to get my $back but they say it's my credit card's fault

Actually, I'd like to know how you would accredit this business myselfI actually tried as wellAnd nowhere did it say I had to sign up for a subscriptionAnd when I tried to ask for an attorney, I did it all ways, high access, medium access and low access, to see how quickly each would respond, and all three responded the same amount of time (I guess no one is busy today!) And it specifically said, that all you need to do to hold an appointment, is make a deposit in good faith of $and then After you get the answer you make the balance of the amount after you have had a chance to review the answerHowever, when I clicked on deposit in good faith for $5, it would only accept full paymentBut if you didn't catch that right away, you would have paid in full without realizing itBut I kept clicking back to try to make the $in good faith payment until someone came on and said you can get credited backWhich is telling me, you are going to put in for a refund laterSo they are not giving you all the details upfrontAnd when I'm looking at your statistics, I'm looking at a pretty large number in complaints and settlementsGranted they are settling because they still want to be *** ***But I wouldn't use them after looking at thatI'm starting to question a lot of businesses rated with the *** to be honest with youI look at number of complaints vssettlements and how they get settledSome of these businesses shouldn't even be in businessJust sharing my opinion

June 26, 1960, my husband and I were married and my parents gave us a *** washer and dryer for a wedding present
I was in *** the other day and was telling a worker there that I still use daily this *** dryer and I've probably had three washers in this time periodHe said that he thought that this was the longest that he had ever heard and that I should report this

When you asked your question, you chose $as the price you were willing to pay for a helpful answerWhen you post the question, an initial $(of the $24) is made, this was at 8/25/12:27:AMWhen an Expert responds, the balance (in your case the balance of the deposit was $19) is made into your JustAnswer account
The funds are not transferred to the Expert until you are satisfied with your answer and rate them

I got my refund - but the statements made by Just Answer are wrongI didn't post a second question - I got a 2nd off for an answerWhat if I got proposed answers - would I have been charged $200? The business idea is good - I have used the service twice for car questions and got good responses both times, but the financial end is a bunch of brainless manager-types who just want the cash - and do shady practices to try to get more of your cash
I will probably use the service again - cause I do get answers - but I will monitor every transaction and more than likely be posting again on the Revdex.com website

Just Answer got me to someone who knew exactly what I was asking about my Mazda It took less than a day (overnight)There were followup questions that were answered accurately and promptlyI am used to finding out what I want to know basically free on the web, but that can take time and be frustratingGetting right to the nitty gritty promptly has value, ans is worth a few bucks, esp'y if your car is broke and you are in a hurry

My expierence with these people was very good, the tech was polite and helpful, he couldnt solve my problem, but it wasnt his fault, it is microsofts window that is the issue, it was rushed to market and doesnt work well

Prompt service and knowledgeable expert

I felt more confident after receiving an answer about my problemI am grateful

What a fantastic experience *** was kind and caring and answered every single one of my questions with patience I was desperate and the response was super quick I will most definitely use him and if needed all other services offered Thank you A speedy answer can be a life-saver for most people
