This website is a deceivingI started and chat with an agent whom I thought was a technicianWasn't, I was directed to a technician and a window appeared that I had to pay $to get to the technician and that this amount was refundableI paid and instead of they were I called and the operator answered me that was because I did not accept the "free trial"But the scam is that the window to chose the "free trial" appears after having paid because it applies your future answers not to the one you startedSo the first is not free and is not $either but is worth one week of questionsIn fact the first one should have been $as advertised, then prompt a free trial option with all the now hidden tricks spelled outI asked to cancel the chargesBottom line if you want to ask a question you have to subscribe for at least a week

I love JustAnswer It's a great way to get a quick answer for so many different things I've used it many times for medical advice when I couldn't get to the doc, or if I wasn't sure if it warranted a visit/followup And I've also used it for legal questions I like that you can choose the level of response, based on how much you want to pay Great idea, as opposed to a "one size fits all" I highly recommend!
JustAnswer is an AMAZING site, I have used it several times already, first with the Vets, which their recommendation for my cat saved his life and then with a legal matter for a friend, I tell you there was nothing more comforting than to be able to talk to someone late evening when offices are closedI was able to go to bed without any stress, the Attorney Allen MEsq was non judgemental and sensitive to my questions and above all very patient with my nervous self, he didn't log off of the conversation until he knew I was at ease and that meant the world to me!!! I would recommend the site to anyone who needs help especially after hours, both my Vet and Legal experiences were Amazing, both Professionals were excellentThank you for having such a site!!!

I found this site when having issues with my *** printer I do not know if JustAnswer has any connection to *** JustAnswer site said their service is free, but then I could not ask my question until I paid $(even though I also recall that somewhere it said the cost would be $33) I felt that even $was reasonable, as I needed help as quickly as possible The rep at JustAnswer was knowledgable, helpful and patient In fact, I had to break our discussion into two different days, but that worked seamlessly In the end, we had done all that we could do to fix the issue The conclusion was that the printhead on my printer was malfunctioning (probably because I had been using non-*** cartridges) He said it would not be cost effective to repair this I believe this was good advice As for the "free" aspect of the service, I believe JustAnswer says that it will refund what you've paid if you are not satisfied But I was satisfied The rep speak probably an hour and a half with me overall

Was reluctant to try but found it quite worthwhileThe information I received was both relevant and useful
I love JustAnswer It's a great way to get a quick answer for so many different things I've used it many times for medical advice when I couldn't get to the doc, or if I wasn't sure if it warranted a visit/followup And I've also used it for legal questions I like that you can choose the level of response, based on how much you want to pay Great idea, as opposed to a "one size fits all" I highly recommend!
JustAnswer is an AMAZING site, I have used it several times already, first with the Vets, which their recommendation for my cat saved his life and then with a legal matter for a friend, I tell you there was nothing more comforting than to be able to talk to someone late evening when offices are closedI was able to go to bed without any stress, the Attorney Allen MEsq was non judgemental and sensitive to my questions and above all very patient with my nervous self, he didn't log off of the conversation until he knew I was at ease and that meant the world to me!!! BEWARE!!! I want to send out a warning for this group....I accidentally dropped a cold and flu pill on the floor...and my Zorro swooped it up....I was frantic so I got online to investigate and this group popped up....so I went to their site and asked my question....got an immediate answer....with a window to pay....which I did promptly....they boast 24/within minutes or less....I got an email saying

I finally went on a search to find out about the components that made up the medicine and found my answer....I then sent a chat and blew my head off and demanded my money back....I went to my credit card company and there was the refund above their charge.....SHAMEFUL....someone was there manning the website....but no DOC to answer my question....now this is 2:19am....but if you say 24/and minute response or less that is what it should be!!!!! Very misleading to say the least.....shame on you!!!! I found this site when having issues with my *** printer I do not know if JustAnswer has any connection to *** JustAnswer site said their service is free, but then I could not ask my question until I paid $(even though I also recall that somewhere it said the cost would be $33) I felt that even $was reasonable, as I needed help as quickly as possible The rep at JustAnswer was knowledgable, helpful and patient In fact, I had to break our discussion into two different days, but that worked seamlessly In the end, we had done all that we could do to fix the issue The conclusion was that the printhead on my printer was malfunctioning (probably because I had been using non-*** cartridges) He said it would not be cost effective to repair this I believe this was good advice As for the "free" aspect of the service, I believe JustAnswer says that it will refund what you've paid if you are not satisfied But I was satisfied The rep speak probably an hour and a half with me overall
