The JustAnswer web site promises immediate advice for a problem, that a veterinarian is waiting to answer a questionI was prompted to put a $"deposit" with no mention of any other charges, which I did, giving my credit card infoThen I wasn't allowed to proceed because I didn't remember a password that I didn't remember I had ever been on the siteI didn't receive the temporary password, so minutes later went back to the site and tried againIt took me into a loop so I gave up on the whole thingI checked email once again and found an answer from a vet, which was very good adviceIt was then obliterated by a request to call by phone for additional cost of $28, which I then bailed outChecking my account, I was charged two times of $5, $5, and $17, $I feel they were deceptive and that it took too long to respond, besides overcharging me Thank you
