This was a great service for me I was having problems with sending my emails, could receive but not send It was extremely frustrating and since I am not a "techie" I had no idea what to do or where to start I googled the problem and this company came up I decided to try it and it was great! Within 1/hour everything was working normally again It was well worth the time and a value for the money I would definitely recommend this company based upon my one-time experience

Basically a scam I had an AC repaire questionWhen you come to the site it looks like you can chat with someone right awayIt's a fake robo-textIt asks you for a few details and immediately asks to submit a 'deposit' This is where the scam picks up speed - the "deposit" is immediately withdrawn from your account THAT MOMENT - You are require to Subscribe to monthly service As a "free trial" - which means your payment method is automatically entered into the system as a RECURRING monthly payment - doesn't matter if you use the service or not - if you want to cancel the question BEFORE you get the answer (because you realize the practice is shady - YOU STILL GET CHARGED - Customer service will claim that they Can't find your account at first - when you call customer service they WILL try to convince you that it is TO BE CHARGED - even if you cancel the action before it goes through

I had researched my heating issues with my new to me Mercedes Benz 560sl via several Mercedes owners group BB'sI had a good Idea of my problem but with varying answers and conflicting ideas on how to fix I wanted expert advise before spending my moneyThe cost for a dealer analysis was 10x the amount paid to my mechanic on [redacted] for the same advice from a qualified Mercedes mechanicIt was a no brainerIt was easy to navigate the site and I received my answer several hours later the same dayAs mine was not an emergency the time for reply was not a big dealBased on his general analysis I was able to better refine my searches through the owners groups to try and pinpoint what components I needed to look at firstI haven't yet fixed my problem but have narrowed it down to two componentsI would highly recommend the use of JustAnswer

Fast efficient service and excellent advice from an expert in the field

I had a serious question regarding my dog consuming liquid ant bait JustAnswer.com was quick to send me to a page to enter my credit card information I paid and after minutes I had not received a response so I calledI was on hold for several more minutes before someone answered I was told my credit card was charged but my question was not posted At worst case there is a huge flaw in their system however I suspect this is a scam operation BEWARE

I had a positive and pleasant experience with this company I did have to pay $but in the long run it saved me hundreds of dollars if I had taken my dog to the emergency vet that night [redacted] gave me piece of mind and said that because of my dogs behavior, I could wait until the morning and follow up with my vet I did just that and he is now under vets care I didn't know this site existed, I was looking for some answers on the net when I stumbled on this site

JustAnswer was a blessing in diagnosing a problem with our cat and the vet was spot on! This helped us out a lot since it was AM and most vet offices are not open at that time of the morning

I have a water heater problem that is bigger than my abilities I connected with an HVAC expert who was able to walk me through some additional testing Spoke plainly and understandably even after I had to ask a really basic question for clarification I will definitely use this service in the future! PS While reading reviews I saw that there are Veterinarians to answer appropriate questions also Good to know this is for a wide range of topics!
