I recently sought out legal advice for a minor issues and went to JustAnswer to get my question asked by an attorney The attorney (if he was one) answered my question but a few days later my credit card for charged $for a membership that I did not request When I called JustAnswer to request a refund, I got someone in the Philippines who argued with me - saying I must have requested the membership When I tried to explain that I didn't request a membership, the person kept trying to argue with me, so I hung up the phone
