Chase stated in their response: "The [Revdex.com] forwarded your concerns to us about your not receiving your Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card account ending in [***] in time for you to make international travel arrangements and your request to receive points as compensation for making arrangements on another credit cardYou are welcome to share our response with the [Revdex.com]We have determined that United Parcel Service (UPS) did attempt to deliver the credit card to you between [dates], without success, with the return of the package to Chase after the final attempt on [date]There was no service failure on the part of UPS or ChaseWe would as a result, not be able to honor your request for points."
Again, my issue is with the definition of "attempt." UPS actually just called me yesterday at 11:48AM to apologize because they acknowledged that these were not indeed attempts, and they apologize for the service failure on the part of UPSAdditionally, the regional manager at that UPS location assured me that he would review company policies with the employees I named in my complaintWhy won't Chase acknowledge fault on their part or acknowledge the fact that UPS did not make any attempts to deliver? UPS never entered a gate code, never entered the front gate, never entered the apartment building, never went to my apartment, never knocked on my door nor rang my doorbellAdditionally, they never left a delivery attempt notice in the form of a sticky note, as I've seen on our front gate in the pastOf all the packages I've ever received from other carriers (at least 2-each week), I have never missed a single oneEven when a delivery attempt has been made for my neighbors, I see a delivery attempt notice on the front gate to our buildingUPS did NOT attempt to deliver the credit card to meAs a result, I do not accept Chase's response

The level of attention to the original complain is very lowNot only I had my access blocked even though I notified Chase that I'd be abroad, but I was very clear that Chase customer service asked me enough questions to open a new account - yet, they were unable to reestablish access to my accountI check my credit cards almost every day, and Chase WAS THE ONLY card that I had ever been left with no access for weeksNo one at Chase ever bothered to call me to see what was going onDifferently from what the letter sent informs, IT IS A BANK ERROREven after answering ALL QUESTIONS and HAVE MY PHONE CHECKED VIA TEXT MESSAGE, my access wasn't reestablishedThe letter does not say anything about that.We are talking about an extremely low quality customer service for a card that already charged me $in annual fee.The Executive Office that apparently handled this complaint is unprepared, inexperienced, and not willing to make this card a winner in customer serviceIt's just a lame service, something that any other Chase (even the ones with no annual fee) offer. It's Chase, after all.A card to stop paying the annual fee, and forget it in the drawer, and leave a review at the credit card and travel websites.I still need to be compensated for this poorly handled customer service, that left me unattended during my trip, and made me spend minutes between calls to have it reinstated
