There was no response on 4/26, other than "no" he was looking at his account and should have known about the fraudulent charges". I want: 1) A timeline - I looked and notified Chase within minutes of seeing the amount;2) A copy of the legal agreement - if they are absolved then prove it;3) Arbitration per our contract: If they are denying the refund, I want arbitration per our clause. CHASE cannot say "no" and provide no detail.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After speaking with your customer service representative he offered no solution to the matter I suggested several options, including canceling my c=new and unwanted chase freedom card (with no damage to my credit) and applying the points to my new chase ritz carelton card OR, offering no annual fee for the first year of the ritz carelton card He offered 5,points (which is less than a third of the points loss ) on the unwanted chase freedom cardAgain your companies actions have hurt me three ways:1) send my card to wrong address and allowed me to become the victim of identity theft2) hurt my credit score by providing me with a card I don't want and force me to cancel it3) eliminating 17,000+ credit card points by selling them to an outside organization without my consent That's $value at 1% per point or a domestic flight ticket.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Chase's response to you indicates that they RESPONDED to me on May 4, 2016...TWO months from now They have extended the same level of attention to me throughout this unpleasant issue, as they have to you in composing their responseI previously provided a copy of the email in which I told the original vendor that they did not have permission to charge my Chase card, which they had on file from a job completed two years earlier, since they did not complete the work They in turn charged the Chase card anyway That should stand as proof to Chase and they should reverse this fraudulent charge
