I did speak with Chase after the Bureau notified them of the issue and forced a callSo thank you for elevating the complaint to get a response from them. Their message obviously provides no detail of the issue or any solution or problems I continue to have with them. They refunded the overdraw charges and "their maximum allowable refund" of $Their mistake detailed previously tallied up to outside of the overdraw so they're still over $shortI do not plan on personally pursuing the issue any longerIt was never about money; they argued the obvious facts of the error and continue to arrogantly interact with me during every discourse I have with themI'm only continuing to highlight the issue to other consumers can be made aware of routinely dealing with horrid customer service while trying to run our own business, banked through themI'm in the process of transferring every account I have with them, at a great cost of time, credit and business standingThe issue should be run to ground regardless.

The resolution response we received from Chase did not resolve our dispute all they did was send additional statements and say they didn't have to do what their associates promiseThe charges have not been corrected, they have not updated the three major credit bureaus like their associate said they would and the fees are still on the account -and continue to accrue monthly.

Dear Revdex.com,
I am utterly disappointed with Chase’s response to me. To say I am unsatisfied would be the understatement
of the century
Regrettably, 98% of the two page response Chase mailed to me
did not address any of the most pressing questions or concerns
There are still several unanswered questions which I may or
may not pursue through other channels
However, at this point, it is probably in my best interest
to accept the 1099, take the tax hit, and move on I would have preferred Chase to withdraw the
and both parties could have engaged in a settlement. The money Chase claims is theirs will be much
better served elsewhere and I will donate it to charity
I greatly appreciate your help, Revdex.com. Thank you for being there for the little buy

Chase apparently believes that they have responded to my Revdex.com complaint by "reviewing" it and then sending me a letter stating that I have been declined the line of credit based on X,Y and ZThis is not acceptable due to the fact that I already was GRANTED the loan but I DID NOT ACCEPT IT based on them changing the termsThis case is a clear example of BAIT AND SWITCH ethics
