After Chase rejected my complaint, I notified them on 7/26/that I had filed a report with the Revdex.com of Delaware and the only answer I received was dated 7/30/acknowledging my email of 7/30/17.

MY complaint was that they applied the "minimum payment" to the LOWEST APR of the balance, instead of the highest insuring that Chase receives the maximum amount of interest from their customers. It is sleazy business practices and I will be sure to make everyone possible aware of this

In my original complaint I asked for a notarized letter attesting that Chase Bank was in compliance with the Fair Credit Billing Act in general and and specifically with handling my account, in there response to me they refused to provide a letter attesting to there compliance with the federal law, or remove there erroneous report from my credit fileIn the same letter they stated that the charge off for the alleged debt was $41,which is $33,more than Chase has reported to the Consumer Credit Reporting Agency's for the past years, that was owed on the alleged debtBy this statement alone It is apparent that Chase has not kept accurate records which leaves reasonable doubt that they and are not in compliance with the FCBA
I truly hope that we can resolve this matter by providing a notarized statement attesting to there compliance with the FCBA or deleting there erroneous reporting from my credit fileThis account is scheduled to stay on my credit file Aug, and if we can not find a resolution between us with the assistance from the Revdex.com I will be forced to seek an alternate way to get this resolved which may include filing a complaint with the courts

Hello, I am very disappointed that the Revdex.com closed my complaint after reading the response from Chase. Chase is being untruthfulThey are saying they NEVER has my account tagged as being under attorney representation This was the root of the entire problem. And due to this error on their part I NEVER received my statements (even though they say I did) and because of this error they said they could never contact me because my account was tagged as under attorney representationI had Chase do an internal investigation on this matterThey are not being truthfulThis is outrageous I am highly disappointed in the Revdex.com for just readily accepting their untruthful responseAs a tax paying consumer I deserved better than this from the Revdex.com. I would like this matter looked into furtherI think you will find Chase is not supplying the appropriate informationWhen a consumer receives a day late mark on their credit and the credit card agency has not sent statements and has the acct incorrectly tagged with an attorney that is a problem. If my acct was not incorrectly tagged as being under attorney representation Chase said they could have contacted me and this never would happened. Why am paying the price for Chase's mistake? I am requesting that this matter is looked into further Sincerely,
