They sent me a letter with no new information they included a copy of the same rental agreement which is a standard agreement that does not address the actual concern It’s a standard form letterBottom line is the credit add company has failed me the customer in protecting me from abuse and scam from this rental car company which is the whole reason I’m user a credit card in the first plac They failed to address my concern or resolve the issue in any reasonable fashion

To Whom it May Concern:
Yes, I have received the response from Chase executive officeUnfortunately, the content and the reasoning behind the decision was FASLE
In the letter, it mentioned that a decision could not be made because it had been days since the application was taken back in or around July 28, That information is falseI mailed a certified letter to the Chase Executive office (more than one letter), on August 7, I also received a certified mail signature of the letter being recieved by the Chase Executive officeI have a proof of the certified letter received in my possessionSo, to say that a decision can not be made - because the time frame has expired is not any fault of my ownThe question now is, who is the person who signed acknowledging recepit of the letter and failed to respond to my request as a consumer customer? Again, I have proof of the certified signature received by someone in the Chase Executive officeIt is obvious that someone there dropped the ball and failed to respond to my request, which was within the days, as indicated by the recent letter sent to meHad my letter been acknowledge when it was signed for and received, then the information contained within the letter would have somewhat of a leg to stand onUnfortnately, there is no baring to the content and the reasoning contained within the letter sent to meSorry
As a result, I am asking that you move forward immediately with the approval of my Chase Premier Sapphire Visa cardThere is no reason why I should have been or would ever be declinedI am looking forward to receving this card as I feel this will restore my faith and confidence in Chase as my financial institutionI have several needs for the card and I know there are several benefits from that card that would benefit me at this time
