Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I did receive a call from the credit card company They claimed that not getting the credit was not their fault, but it was due to a technical difficulty Even after I had cancelled the credit card application on the day of the problem, Chase still had the nerve to issue a credit card in my name It still seems like"technical difficulties" gives them the right to not live up to their promise As a result I had to purchase my airline tickets at full price with no discount Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. All that Chase did was email me and ask me to call them. I responded to their email and stated that I will not call them. I've called them on 3 prior occasions and the problem was not fixed on any of thjose 3 prior occasions. Instead of asking me to call them, I want Chase to respond in writing what actions they will do to resolve my complaint.
