Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.A member of the Chase executive team called me and informed me that they reviewed my complaint, and decided that my points have been forfeitedThis is unacceptable and amounts to theft in my opinionI have credit cards with several banks with which I accumulate pointsI had the choice of accumulating points with any card company, but choose to use Chase to accumulate over 10,pointsThey proceeded to close my account without warning and for no wrongdoing on my part, except to say that they reviewed my credit report and decided that they have to close the credit line [they still have not disclosed the reasonI had no late payments or anything else wrong on my report]Chase has no right to confiscate my over 10,pointsConsumers should be warned of doing business with Chase, both for the knowledge that they can and do close card accounts on a whim, with no explanation, and that all reward points accumulated will be lost at that point Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I disagreed with their responseBecause their response favored merchant and did not answer what I asked in my original complain to Revdex.com which are as follows: I asked Chase to get some proves from the merchant whether I arrived at the gate after the merchant had close the gateFor example video clip at the gate area of Dubai airport at boarding time time, recorded announcement at Dubai airport that will show and prove at what time I arrived at the gate and how many time they called us at Dubai airportChase did not present any evidence In the letter dated Aug 06, Chase mentioned that the Dubai airport took on the silent initiative in But we passenger did not know that at allImportantly it was not written on any of the boarding passes and tickets Chase ignored this issue and favored merchant I also informed Chase that why (1) Emirates made no effort to locate us at Dubai airport, (2) did not announce our name (3) did not announce that boarding has started and closedChase avoided answering these questions It is important to note that no announcement were made prior to boarding and before the gate is closedIt is true after checking the flight status board, we arrived at Dubai airport on August 23, and we showed up at the gate with valid boarding pass/tickets prior to flight departureBut the gate supervisor did not allow us to get in the flightThis is how Emirates broke their contract by not performing and did not bring us back to DetroitAs a result the service was not provided by Emirates from Dubai to Detroit.All the above evidence clearly shows that it should be a service and merchandise dispute and Chase should issue a partial credit to my account But Chase was unable to give a credit To resolve this issue I am seeking critical/legal help from Revdex.com to get refund from Chase bank.Thank you very much.Best regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received a call from Chase, which was argumentative and in no way conciliatory or sympathetic to the original issue or with the dismissive way Chase responded over the last few months I told them I had no interest in $ to resolve the situation (as they have already refunded a minimal amount), it's the principalAll I wanted was some recognition of the issue (which comes down to conflicting card benefit/cancellation terms), and an apology for how poorly they handled my disputeI've given up for any such basic customer service If they want to respond, please have them respond via this method - if they want to argue again, I want it to be publically available, and not hidden behind some hollow requirement for confidentiality Regards,
