Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response I got was: This is why the charge was declined When you called customer service on May 24th you advised as you will be making a purchase in the amount of cents for game digital.com At that time we updated the account with this information so you would be able to make that purchase I regret that by the time the merchant processing transactions on May 27th information has expired which caused the transaction declined for security reasons Please discuss the return policy with the merchant you will need to contact the merchant to discuss the options for returning the second transaction and discuss any credit that may be due once you have the information you may wish to send the merchandise back to the much and by Federal Express or United Parcel Service so there's a record of the merchandise being sent back My response: the information was said to be updated according to the response I got from the letter sent by chasebut by then the sameday it was denied by game digitalHence why calling back chase and being told to resubmit the charge by chase customer serviceI said and for sure it will go thorough? Yet it did not again go throughSo a third time I was told by chase customer service to resubmitBelieving that only one charge, the only charge I was trying to make since the beginning when I called chase customer service the first time and told transaction would go throughIf the first had gone through like I was told there would have been no double, and triple orders or trys by me Chase now after I called and did what I should have, then having to go through more Additional steps has resulted in great deal of frustrationChase now instead of providing a solution, chase has put the burden on me to solve the situationAs a result I am unable to return the second item as we are past the window of returnsHad the first charge gone through as I was assured by chase, I would not be in this situation Regards,

This is a ridiculous statement because I am not asking for a second set of 50,reward miles but a new credit card for a new legally separate companyYou have already approved and issued me a separate credit card for my new business which has its own credit card number, monthly statement, and you personally charged another separate $yearly fee and then waited three months to tell me I was disqualifiedClearly you treated this as a separate credit card account for a legally different business until time came to receive my reward Then in the next paragraph you agree that the "two accounts are for separate companies with different Tax Identification Numbers." and you say that because I have the same "personal credit history" and I am "the liable party on both accounts" that somehow this disqualifies me for the 50,points on the new business credit cardIf this was the case then why did you qualify me for the new and second credit card for my new second business? Just because I am the same owner, it shouldn't disqualify me for the bonus points on the new cardNowhere did you state that I could not receive the promotion for two separate credit cards for two legally separate businesses Also, as my Southwest Rewards credit card states on it, it is "PHI PLUMBING INC."This means it is a legally separate entity called a corporation by the US Government formed in I, in no way or at anytime, hid this fact from youI am legally just an employee of this corporationThis is my official notice of this fact, so please fix thisThis should also help clear up more of the above confusionThis corporation ( PHI PLUMBING INC.) has never had a Chase Southwest Reward credit card card before the account!
