I no longer have an account with them, it is paid in full. They cannot credit a non existent account.  I want a check mailed to me, refunding my money, in the amount of $170.15.  They still maintain that they received my payment on Sunday 9/13/15, and that this credit is a courtesy. As I stated before, I called USPS and they said that standard mail is not delivered on Sunday. Clearly it was received on the 12th and processed on the 13th as it was cleared by my bank early Monday morning on the 14th. Thank you

[redacted] did not resolve my 2 biggest issues (sending me mail to the incorrect address and the Chase website giving out my checking account information and access to another party). I'm trying to get final word from her about these issues, so please do not close the complaint automatically just yet. I will write back here when I can speak with her and get Chase's final word on the matter.

Chase has still failed to prove that this debt is mine. I have no recollection of these accounts and a simple card holder agreement doesn't mean anything without proof that I actually signed the agreement in question. You guys are also ignoring the fact that you're in violation of FDCPA (§807. False or misleading representations and §809. Validation of debts).
 
1. I don't see a signed agreement bearing my signature.2. You guys did not comply with my original dispute when I sent my first two letters in regards to the alleged debt owed back in March of this year (I have attached my second letters for each account sent on 3/21/16 which I have certified receipts for that proves you guys signed for it on 3/28/16). Instead, you sent an automated message stating that my account information was updated. But you did not send anymore proof outside of that. You had 30 days to respond to that letter and you simply ignored it.
3. I also requested that you send the name, address and telephone numbers of each person who personally verified these alleged accounts which you have not done.I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please note that I am requesting “validation”; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever had) some contractual obligation to pay you.My request is very clear! If you cannot, these accounts need to be deleted. You're affecting my credit score.Regards,

I had talked to Chase executive office on 5/23/16 to person by the name of [redacted] C.  [redacted] states that Chase cannot issue any new card at all, under this policy. He states that he spoke with the lending department to see what they could do, and they could do nothing. I would like to think that the executive office, has more power over the lending department, none of this makes any since at all. I would probably have to wait another 2 years, if I wanted another card from chase again, under this stupid policy. I also requested a credit limit increase on my current Amazon Chase Visa card which I was also denied too. Chase apparently does not want to help it's customers with anything at all. I will let everyone I know not to do business with Chase.

The accounts involved are "charged off" credit card accounts. These accounts are outdated and the transactions have not been provided to me. These accounts and all references to them should be deleted from my credit files.

To whom it may concern,
As I mentioned in my previous complaint against Chase Credit Card Service I have never been late with any of my payments. Talking with a representative from Chase Credit Card Service they had informed me that their records were correct. I am at the point of exhaustion I continue to argue with this company that they may have made a mistake and that I paid my bills on time. I even ask them if they ever made an error of reporting information to the 3 credit bureau but got no answer. My family has invested over $10,000 for our new home and now may be in jeopardy of not getting our loan approved and losing our deposit. Your cooperation in matter will be greatly appreciated.
