I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In the attached letter, Chase claims they did not send any documentation to me in December 2014. The flyer may have been sent in November 2014, or possibly January 2015. I am not positive about the exact date. I do not keep all the flyers I receive from places, so I do no longer have the flyer. However, after speaking with a Chase representative, the representative claimed that they send general flyers to customers all the time. The representative proceeded to tell me the flyer most likely listed all of the benefits my card could possibly have, but I would have to call Chase card services to see what benefits my card actually has.In my initial complaint, I stated that I believe this is a deceiving marketing tactic, and it is. My biggest issue is I would have purchased the $20 travel insurance had I not received a flyer saying Chase Freedom cards provide travel insurance. They keep telling me my account does not provide this feature, but how am I to know that when they send flyers saying certain cards provide these benefits? They now go as far as to say they did not send me a flyer, which is a flat out lie, and then attempt a poorly worded apology.Over this issue, I've missed out on some important family events, and been inconvenienced because I didn't spend the $20 trip insurance because I thought it was provided because of Chase's deceiving marketing. The letter they sent me is insulting, because I did receive the flyer, and a poor attempt at an apology. This, in no way, solves the complaint.Regards,

Neither Chase did fix the issue temporarily nor provide a permanent solution. These banks are dealing with customers money without updating the information and charging us by giving false information.
1. Chase removes the money from your checking account instantly which is updated in our account website everywhere including mobile site and regular web on a laptop or PC BUT if you make any payment to your credit car that too from your checking account which is already linked to your credit card within your bank account, this payment is not updated in the website for a couple of days.
2. Also, If you make any payment to your credit card, YOUR MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE BECOMES "ZERO". If the bank account says no payment due, we obviously don't know what is remaining and won't need to make any more payments until it shows some amount next month. BUT the bank charges some amount without showing us what is remaining and how much will be charged.
3. The bank simply charges all these hidden charges without even showing us what for these charges are. They simply say some are balance and remaining are interests. Bank doesn't even know how the actual interest is calculated.
4. The Chase banks agents and managers doesn't even know how to navigate to the statements from their bank website and failed to guide me to get to the statement on my bank account when I called them to understand the charges.
So, it is illegal and against the law mainly in the banking industry where these banks are dealing with customers money, they cannot charge (interests) the customers without updating clear and correct information transparently.

There was no proposed offer of resolution. Chase has again sent me the same response. They state the account included a 0% introductory APR for 15 months, ending August 20, 2014. The pricing and terms state that after that time, the APR would increase. That's absolutely correct. What they have continuously failed to address is the fact that NO WHERE, at ANY TIME, was I advised that the purchases made during the introductory APR period would be subject to interest charges if they were not paid in full before the introductory APR expiration. As they have once again failed to address that issue, they have not provided a valid response to my complaint.  Once again, my complaint is the following: I was never advised in any way that purchases made within the introductory APR period would be subject to interest charges if there was a balance on my account at the time of the introductory offers expiration.  The documents you submitted, namely the pricing and terms, do not state anywhere that interest will be applied to purchases made during the introductory period if not paid in full by the expiration of that period. Neither does the Offer Details page you printed from your website. Please also see the attached picture from my last statement before they chose to add interest, clearly showing my balance as 0% APR. Show me when and where you advised me interest would be charged on purchases made during the introductory APR period if the balance was not paid in full by the expiration of the introductory period.  You are familiar with your own company's terms and processes, but you cannot subject your customers to charges or fees that were never disclosed or agreed to.

[ That response states that Chase is not removing the late payments , it is inexplicable that Chase made me go through all the hassle to gather the documents they requested  that show the payment failure being an error from [redacted]  to facilitate the removal of the lates, it also showed I had over $65000 in my bank account at the time and now Chase is stating that they now have no intention to remove the lates. This is by far the most dissapointing customer service I've received in my two decade long relationship with Chase. I will bring this matter up to CEO [redacted] office as I close all my personal and business accounts with Chase.]

I received an e-mail from [redacted] on 12/24/2015. He asked for my account number and asked what my concerns were. I responded immediately. I never heard anything back from Chase, by e-mail, phone, or postal mail. Not one word. This has been a nightmare. I wanted the credit card for a Christmas gift. It finally arrived and once it arrived it wasn't working. Additionally, the Amazon gift card I was promised for signing up is useless. Chase has ruined our family's Christmas. The whole situation has been a nightmare and they still refuse to let me know why this has happened.
