as stated prior, Chase has not sent any invoices or bills to me on this account, I have complained numerous times over the last 18 months to no avail. Chase offered to remove any late fees due to this oversite but not to remove the negative info reported to the credit bureaus , As you can see from my reports there are NO other company's reporting late or negative  info, this is clearly the fault of Chase and needs to be addressed!

I got a letter saying that THEY ARE AWARE OF MY COMPLAINT AND WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH ME AT A LATER DATE. Nothing has been provided other then the acknowledgement that they know I made this complaint.  No resolution was offered whatsoever. This issue is not resolved, and have not even been attempted to be resolved.Regards,
