the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] anhave determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did receive a letter from Chase Bank that they will be looking into the situation but that does it's not tell me if the situation would be addressed and the men of our old fashioned which is suitable to address this situation so I can't say that I am happy or at this point I'm not happy cuz this at a standstill. I hope that Revdex.com follows up with this company and I hope people with my complaint so if this happens if they can make this company stand accountable for their decisions and their actions.

I was given rewards points on my account, but was not satisfied with the offer. I told the representative that I am not accepting the points as resolution, but will accept them as part of the solution. The amount I was paid is much less than the damages. Interest over the term of the payment, which is what I was avoiding in the first place, is well more than the points value. Regards,

Chase did contact me, and the guy was very unhelpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said none were there.
He said he would put an escalation for a supervisory to contact me, which no one has contacted me since.
