Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Chase reviewed my complaint and got in touch within a short period of time to offer me the reward miles that I had expected. It's unfortunate that I had to go to these lengths to get satisfactory results, but Chase was prompt and courteous in responding once I registered this complaint.
Regards,

The cc company told me they did not approve my application as I opened too many cc in the last two years (namely 6)First of all I do not think 6 cc is a lot and anyway I closed some store cc I was not using. I have a perfect score as I pay all my bills in time and in full. There was no reason for them to deny my application.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. is this some kind of a joke? Did you read the response that was sent to me?? Its grammatically incorrect therefore I don't even understand the message they are trying to portray. Did the Revdex.com even review the case? Or does the Revdex.com even care that this is happening? It's seems not since no humans at Revdex.com want to speak to me to understand the scenario. this is unsatisfactory

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have not received a response from the business that addresses the issue adequately. In addition, they have lied about the situation. I was told by their representatives that I had to cancel the card and I was not offered an alternate card. They lied about this. What a horrible company - no moral scruples.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business responded by crediting my account $0.35 as a "courtesy" and applying my entire payment of $65.00 to the balance with the lowest APR of 0%. Leaving me with a balance of $39.93 with an APR of 22.99% and charging me $0.78 interest even though my initial charge was only $39.56. In a letter from Erica Johnson of Chase she noted that in the Cardmember Agreement it states "We apply payments to balances as they appear on your monthly statement before being applied to new transactions" and also states that the information provided to me during my initial complaint is accurate. However, The Cardmember Agreement also states that "Our ability to make changes to this agreement is limited by applicable law."According to the CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTABILITY RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE ACT OF 2009 signed by U.S. Congress and U.S. President Barack Obama on May 22nd, 2009Title I Consumer Protection, Sec. 104. Application of Card Payments §164. Prompt and fair crediting of payments (b) APPLICATION OF PAYMENTS (1)IN GENERAL Upon receipt of a payment from a card-holder, "the card issuer shall apply amounts in excess of the minimum payment amount first to the card balance bearing the highest rate of interest," and then to each successive balance bearing the next highest rate of interest, until the payment is exhausted. Nowhere does it state that a card balance with a higher interest rate must first appear on your monthly statement. If that were the case it would say so. Therefore my account balance of $39.56 with a 22.99% interest rate should have been payed in full when I made my initial payment of $65.00 on Apr 25th 2017. Since receiving my June 3rd Statement and noting this error I have since made another payment of $65.00 in hoping to clear this balance of now $39.93. I don't understand how it went from $39.56 to now $39.93, but I'm sure Chase will have an accurate explanation for this as well. I will never do business with Chase or any affiliate of JP Morgan again.
