I offered to do a three way call with the bank and the supervisor refused to stay on the line to resolve the issue. It was more than 48 hours and the funds were still pending. I was told a supervisor would call back immediately I didnt hear anything by Friday so I called back in and continued to receive the run around.Customer service was awful.

I have already taken steps about how this matter was handled and forwarded this complaint to the manager requesting this be investigated. I've also put in the request for your refund and you should see it shortly within 24 to 48 hours.

I am rejecting this response because: The promotion was not clearly stated and I refused what they was offering after they shorted me on my refund. And why would I accept free shipping when I had already purchased the jacket once. The issue arose when the merchandise did not fit. The promotion they are running should come off each individual item and not in one lump sum. Their customer service reps are rude and are not equipped to deal with these circumstances. I have researched this store and their reviews are horrible. I don't understand how they are still in business. They are running a complete scam with their customers. How is their response to this matter even equivalent to the issue at hand. Why would I really purchase something I already purchased once. I had to pay for shipping when I ordered it the first time and again when I returned the items.

I am rejecting this response because: I was refunded after I contacted the Revdex.com. I was originally told that I would not be recieving a refund and they would not be tracing the order until the following Monday. The only reason I was refunded is because I contacted the Revdex.com. However I was expecting quite a few packages over that weekend, I did not sign for the package, unknowingly my husband did.  If I am sent a free shipping label, I will gladly return them. After recieving my refund, I went into the store to purchase the same shoes for my 6 year old son, only to find out that they are girl shoes. Jimmy Jazz doesnt have them listed as neither boy or girl shoes They are royal blue and orange retro 4 [redacted], they could pass for boys shoes but according to Nike they were designed for a girl. We ended up purchasing another style Jordan.
