I am rejecting this response because: The business did nothing to accommodate this order. And how can you read the FQA'S when you click on them an error occurs. And the free shipping they was offering after I purchased the jacket again at full price. Why would the consumer want to purchase something that was already purchased and returned and no money was ever put back in my account for the return.

Apparently if you have applied a coupon to a purchase and need to return something from tht order the whole coupon amount gets deducted not just a percentage like most retail stores, they also charge a return shipment fee of 6.95, since you cant return online purchases to store expect to pay these "fees"

Poor customer service at the Toledo, OH store. I have emailed twice and called and left a message to discuss how the assistant manager behaved. I have received not one response back at all.

I am sorry but the customer was called two time by myself and three times by customer service. I am not sure how I am expected to resolve this matter if the customer picks up the line and then denies she is the person we are looking for. I just wanted to add that the customer has already received a complete refund.

Two gentlemen Robbie & Andrew installed screening and sliding screen doors in our carport. Did an excellent job extremely happy with the job they did and there professional work and great attitude. Would recommend them to anyone. [redacted]
