[redacted] There are not other numbers to provide because those are the only two numbers I have had over the last fifteen years what do you not understand. If you were a truthful business you would not have over 70 complaints with the Revdex.com. If you cannot run your business in a faithful way and stop robbing people of the money by trying to cover yourselves by stating the same lines over and over that your trying to protect the customer get out of the business and let another company who is truthful and honest do it. I submitted everything honestly gave my information truthfully and all you do is not is come up with nonsense so you do not have to pay out.
Hello, Thank you for your reply regarding your account. Upon reviewing the ledger, you can see that Line #7 contains the $4.50 in redemptions from [redacted]. Lines 5 & 6, contain the bonuses that the user is speaking of. Prior to Line 7, on Line 10, you can see a user payout for $20. Also on Line 4, you can see a user payout after the [redacted] receipt was credited and the bonuses were received. After these two user payouts and the redeemed credits within the account, the balance of the account was $3.80. We believe that there is some confusion regarding the balance within the account after Line 10 payout. The accrued balance between the Line 10 payout and the Line 4 payout is $10.50, therefore the balance in the account had to have been higher than $9.50 in order to withdraw the earnings. We hope that the user gains some clarity regarding the balance in the account but we are available for further questions. Thank you and have a great day.

I am rejecting this response because: Ibotta is claiming that I returned the bought items. I emailed them and asked them how they came up with that and if they have any proof or verification of this but yet they will not respond. They are stating that I allegedly returned the items but yet will NOT explain their allegation when asked. I was able to log in my account with take out $24.25 but my balance was $59.25 and I DID NOT return the items and still have them with me! They still owe my remaining $35 and they cannot /refuse to back up their allegation that I "returned" the items. I am requesting the remaining $35 that they are stealing from me that I earned.

Since I am so dissatisfied with your so called results, you still have not shown me any proof except your adamant words that I am deactivated still don't know why. I will be the bigger adult here. Take whatever funds are in my account and donate it to your favorite charity! I am done with you and will certainly be letting others know how horrible you guys really are. switch the commission to another affiliate. This means that Ibotta never received credit for the purchase because it was made through another affiliates information.
Most likely, this was due to a toolbar or plug in from another savings affiliate. This also could be due to using another affiliate's link or by navigating away from the brand's page and then navigating back.
Because the transaction was referred by another affiliate, we aren't able to credit for the rebate. If the user has any questions or concerns, our Support Team would be happy to assist in any way that they can.

To my knowledge, this is not the case. I do not have any other plugin or toolbar, or other affiliate link, or made any attempts of navigation away from the website's specific item. Everything was performed within the TigerDirect's website!
Also, there is nowhere in your instructions or TOS are these precise steps of instruction are disclosed.
I followed your instructions to the "T", clicking on the email referral button, finding my product item on the TigerDirect website, and checking out. I am not the first person with the problem as others who purchased over $100 have had redemption issues with you: Ibotta posted over multiple forums. All the forum members have run into a dead end contacting your help representatives as I have. If this is too difficult or potentially too erroneous of a method to claiming a rebate for your customers perhaps you should either stop this or consider another method. DO NOT put the burden of responsibility onto your customers if your protocols are questionable and shut down communication with them. This is my fisrt Revdex.com case and do not wish to pursue in this fashion. However in communication with the forum bembers, all have had the same experience without extra time/effort to pursue this matter.
Please understand your customer's standpoint and understand there are errors in your methods of this rebate redemption. Please do not give your client's an appearance of an "easy" rebate, have the knowledge of potential flaws in your system, and then ultimately put the burden of responsibility upon them when failure occurs!

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account. Upon review of your account, credits were reversed from your earnings that were accrued from improper receipts. Unfortunately, if a receipt does not meet the proper requirements, Ibotta will reverse any earned credits associated with that receipt. I am rejecting this response because the accusations and slander against me continue, now they have permanently deleted my account on “suspicion” they were not my receipts. They are my receipts, I have many seperate transactions at the local grocery because they must be kept seperatd for billing purposes within my business. They were ldgit and to terminate me solely on their “suspicions” is not a ldgally valid reason to literally STEALfrom me. Litigation is pending, gathering participants of which there are hundreds as this company has a reputation for this exact sort of thing. Disgustingly vile corporation, and their conduct is illegal and will not be tolerated nor excused in a court.
