Hello, Thank you for your replyOn 7/28/17, the user submitted a ticket claiming that she had a new phone number *** and that her old phone number was ***The user has not provided any additional phone numbers in the ONE support ticket linked to her account. We will be happy to test any additional numbers provided through a support ticket for the user to discover the number that She linked to her account and verified, on November 07, 03:UTCDue to the account security implications that Ibotta can incur if we automatically changed the number without first verifying it would negatively impact this and other user's experienceUnfortunately, if the user cannot provide additional phone numbers for our support team to test against the system OR cannot verify the currently linked phone number, we will be unable to assist the user in verifying her account or cashing out. Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountUpon review of the user's account, the user was locked out from withdrawing her earnings due to too many invalid receiptsUpon further review of the user's receipts, the user has been permanently deactivated for her behavior regarding
the invalid receipts. On more than occasions, the user has submitted the same receipt for the same offers, sometimes in excess of different timesAs user is able to submit a receipt once for offers being claimedThe user may not submit the same receipt for the same offersHowever, a user may claim the same offer for products purchased on a different shopping trip and receiptOn several occasions, the user purchase products which she received Ibotta credit forThe user then returned the products and retained the Ibotta credit. I am rejecting this response because:I feel like I'm not being treated fairly, I don't feel like I broke the terms or any rules for just going shopping, than when I have my first issue with IBOTTA receipts than the next day my account was deactivated without notice

I am rejecting this response because: These is a statement "As previously stated, out of the user's last submitted receipts, were in direct violation of Ibotta's Terms of Use". It was never previously stated to me. As far as I know I had never made any mistakes (doesn't mean I didn't unintentionally did I am human) as I was still receiving money back. The statement "violation of Ibotta terms of use" is nebulos at best and seemly intentionally vague in an seemly systemic effort to keep funds. It's also a shame that it took complaining to Revdex.com to be made known of a forgiveness policy. I still reject the crony and unethical business practice of keeping the earned $funds

she was still unable to retrieve her earnings from her accountTherefore, we did not know that the user was still experiencing issues when she wrote her Revdex.com complaint. In order to bypass the Captcha error that the user is receiving when using a browser, please click refresh on the browserHere are the steps to reset the password from both the app and the web:App: Open the Ibotta app, tap log in at the bottom, tap reset passwordA reset password email will show up to the email address that we have on file within minutesTap the link within the email and you will be redirected to a screen to enter your new password and save itYou will be able to use your password within the same day, however, sometimes there may be a delayPlease allow up to minutes before attempting to log back into your account.Browser: Visit Ibotta.com, tap sign up, tap reset passwordA reset password link will be sent to the email address on fileClick the link within the email and you will be redirected to a screen to enter your new password and save itIf at any time you receive a "Captcha" error, please refresh the page that you are on and try again.
