My first time using Horizon Services. Positive experience with service reps and schedulers.
Jose S. arrived on time for scheduled AC service. Jose S. was professional, polite, patient with all of my questions and thorough in his responses and explanations.
He inspected my AC unit and quickly identified the immediate issue; in addition he provided a list of 3 options to address the issue on a short term and long term basis. After discussing and selecting the appropriate option Jose S. had my AC working quickly.

Frank D[redacted] was the most helpful person we've had out. He was knowledgeable and made sure all our questions were answered before he left. We are extremely satisfied with Frank and Horizon. We will absolutely call them back into our home whenever we need their services.

Keith professionally handled the service call and overcame a few obstacles in the house to make sure a new water heater was properly installed. He answered any questions and addressed all my concerns in a friendly, courteous manner. He also provided clear explanations of the costs and the service plan.

Steve C of Horizon Services came to our house on Sunday, January 17th, within one and a half hours of my initial call to the company that our heat was not working. He identified himself, put on his shoe protectors, checked the programmable thermostat and proceeded to the basement where he quickly diagnosed the problem. After it was resolved, he made me aware of the advantages of a one-year maintenance agreement for less than $10.00 more than the service call. Upon agreement of this, he went out to his truck for additional equipment to do maintenance on the furnace, including a new filter and diagnosis of current condition. Steve was prompt, professional, friendly and courteous; a good representative of the company. It was because of him that I chose to do this review.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Mike R from Horizon who installed our new hot water heater on Monday. He did an outstanding job and was very professional. Even when the wrong sized drip pan was delivered, he drove down to the warehouse and got the correct size so he could finish the job. My whole experience was great from the person who answered my call to the person who set up the appointment. Kudos to Mike R and Horizon for getting my hot water back and making my whole experience a good one. I also appreciate the the same as cash financing. Not many companies provide that and it is very helpful for emergency situations. Thanks again!

Steve C, was the Horizon HVAC technician that came to my home today. Was on time, professional, courteous and very informative. He spent an hour inspecting and servicing my HVAC unit. He is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and took the time to demonstrate and explain my HVAC system to me. I truly appreciate the customer service that Steve showed to me and my family today!! I highly recommend Steve C. and Horizon Services.

Mike R. For Horizon was the technician who fixed my leaking pipes/vales on my hot water heater. He was curious, friendly and most importantly knowledgable. He completed his task in a timely manner and doubled check to make sure all was working properly. Very personable and very knowledgable.

Ryan determined better solution was to replace rather than repair based upon age/condition of faucet & garbage disposal to which I agreed. Pricing of parts was helped by discounts under service partner rate. The job was handled in a professional manner & fully explained as to quality of replacement parts & underlying warranty.

Horizon is the best company out there hands down! Keith and Joe did an outstanding job. Everyone from Horizon who has come through our door has been an exceptional tradesman. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, quick, and friendly! I cannot recommend them enough.
