The technician arrived exactly on time, was very respectful of our home, and was very personable. He didn't mind that I watched him do the work and explained what he was doing. He answered all questions that I had. He explained the charges on the bill and made recommendations on a replacement system as mine is near its end of life (15 years).

WOW! What a great tech and an amazing company! We had a leak that required extensive repairs. Not only was Horizon Services the best bid, but they did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier! Keith K identified this issue and made sure we were aware of all our options before suggesting anything. He was great, as have been all the technicians we've had from Horizon!!

Bill from Horizon Services came out to service our hot water heater. He was very polite and explained the cause of our problem and answered other questions we had. The service was great and price was what was expected for the service performed.

Steve C[redacted] did a good job of checking and maintaining my gas heating system. He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know.

Horizon Services HVAC technician Donald K. gave our furnace the pre-winter once-over. All is well (we bought the furnace from Horizon) and he provided me the stats to prove it. He's been out here a couple of times and so is familiar with the unit, the layout of the house and the canine welcoming committee.

Another great experience with Horizon Services. Their technicians always are so professional and personable. Steve C. completed heater maintenance and was very thorough . He explained the condition of the unit and made some great recommendations as well. He even remembered being here last year!

He arrived early (after a heads up from the office to confirm it was okay), diagnosed the problem in minutes and clearly explained all my service options without being pushy. We used Horizon to do winter service on our heating system and the technician noticed a potential issue on the hot water heater which was about 10 years old. We call Horizon that same day to inspect the hot water heater and Keith K[redacted] recommended a replacement due to severity of the issue and that the heater was 10 years old. He said he could come any time that was convenient for us and provided a competitive price to install a new 50 gal power vented hot water. He came back on a Sunday and with his team and did an exceptional job completing the job. They were respectful of our home and time and took great care to make sure we were informed all along the way and happy with the work they did. I will recommend Horizon and Keith and also appreciate the heating technician, Matt Kazicky, who identified the issue. Great job by the entire Horizon team including the customer service support team.
