I was very happy with the quick scheduling and excellent service I received from Horizon for my HVAC needs. When first calling, I was able to get an appointment in the same week, quickly. In addition the technician, Steve C[redacted]r was very knowledgeable on our HVAC system, professional and had a great customer service disposition. I recommend them to others and will use them again for sure.

Steve C[redacted] of Horizon Services performed the inspection of our heating system and replacement of the humidifier pad in a very professional and expedious manor. Everything was done in a timely timely and courteous manor.

Colin J[redacted] did my maitenaince today and I was very satisfied with his work and personality . After using Horizon for several years now I have been aware that they must have the maitenaince men sell more services.Colin recomended some other things but was not pushy like some have been in the past.I appreciated that very much and would like to have him to my next service.
Training your men to be like a used car sales person is not honest .

Horizon Plumbing Technician, Kevin E. and assistant Johnny delivered all the service as advertised: respectful of our home, no hidden costs, and arrived in a timely manner. They came to assess several plumbing issues. One of my issues was not resolved, but I received good guidance toward resolving it which was to utilize the manufactures warranty and get the part for free. I deeply appreciate the cost saving measures that were provided and feel that contributes largely to future choices to use Horizon again.

Frank came to the house to do a routine inspection of the heater and a/c.
He pointed out concerns due to the age of the unit. He was courteous, and knowledgeable and made recommendations to me about my current unit.

Technician was courteous, kind and efficient. Technician arrived within first hour of the 4 hour window. Very pleased with service.

The HVAC technician is very knowledgeable about the maintenance and inspection he provides to us. All standard items listed in his check list were thoroughly performed in about 1 hour. We had excellent experiences with him.

Prompt and thorough service. Professional, friendly technician. The technician, Don, took the time to explain the service he performed on the unit and gave me several options and recommendations. He wore shoe covers so as not to track dirt into my home.

Our kitchen sink was stopped up and we didn't know how to fix it. We called Horizon Services and they sent a very kind and honest technician. He told us that it would only take a minute to fix and that it would be wrong to charge us for something so simple. We were shocked that it could be done so easily and we were not charged. We are guessing this kind of honesty starts from the top, so we are very impressed with Mark A[redacted]. Mr. A[redacted], because of this technician, you have earned a very loyal customer for all future plumbing, heating, or air conditioning services. We are impressed with your honesty and the honesty of your technicians.

I just used Horizon for a heating system tuneup and was happy with the service. Charles M., the technician performed a detailed inspection, tuned up my system, and explained to me everything he did. He found no immediate issues, but alerted me to potential future issues and things to look out for. I found Charles to be friendly and professional. He even put on shoe covers when he entered the house.
