I called Horizon to help with a gas boiler hot water radiator system in my home. They were able to send a Technician right away. They gave me a call to let me know the technician was on his way. The Technician was very helpful. My problem was a complex issue that may involve further maintenance. He went over my options and explained in a clear way what my choices and price options were. (including discounts and possible coupons). Overall it was a positive experience and I am happy with the service visit.

Horizon services was able to respond quickly to my emergency and have my water back on and plumbing problem fixe within 4 hours after calling them. Great job to Bill and Mark

I received excellent service and information about getting a good checkup on my current system and then discussion on the possibility of a new system. Current system is still operative, but bills are skyrocketing! As advertised, the technician was right on time, very pleasant, practical and professional.

My home heating system failed due to electrical board failure. Antonio M was the tech guy sent by HorizonServices. He found the issue very quickly and fixed it. He also suggested the next steps to fix the issue permanently. I appreciate his helping nature and technical knowledge.

We had no heat and Horizon sent us Antonio M. on a Sunday and he said he'd get our heater working. Initially he said he wasn't able to get the part we needed that day, but checked their warehouse a couple times, found the part, and went to get it himself instead of us having to wait for someone else to drop it off. He was back in an hour, installed the part and we had heat. Antonio really went the extra mile for us and we appreciated it on a cold day.

Keith did an excellent job. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Cares about the job he does, which in this day and age is rare.
I discovered the hot water heater was leaking on 12/23, they came out on Christmas Eve day and replaced it. I was expecting to be shutting off the water, until I needed hot water till the following Monday.

Steve is an excellent technician. He was clean, courteous and on time. He explained everything in layman's terms and even explained how certain things work. Also, since my system is older, he just mentioned I may want to get a quote as some point on a new system, just in case.
