I have been very pleased with the Horizon HVAC Maintenance Technicians that have provided my semi-annual maintenance. They are polite, willing to answer my questions and assist me so I can maintain my system in good working order. They also go over all the maintenance checks that they have performed and the results.

Steve C provided a service check and cleaning on our heater. He was right on time, did a great job.

Maintenance Plan for heater. I have reoccurring service for my heat and ac units. Horizon lives up to their claims. This tech and all other service people that have been to my home are so nice, do excellent work, explain everything and make you feel comfortable. I always use horizon and I always recommend!

Keith did an excellent job replacing my water heater and water pressure tank. He was 100%++ professional in all aspects of completing this job. He kept me well informed as to every step in completing this job. I was extremely impressed with Keith's problem solving abilities. The two employees who also delivered parts to my house were extremely professional and very friendly.
This was my first time using Horizon. I will definitely use their services again! Way to go Horizon!!

Technician was friendly, courteous and professional. Called Horizon at 12 pm technician was there at 2:30 pm and we decided to install new hot water heater at 3:15. Install was done really well and up to code and install was complete by 5:30pm!!! Horizon had everything done in the same day! Everything works terrific and they have a great warranty! I am 100% satisfied!

Horizon services is a great company. Keith K. was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything he was doing in great detail. The work was performed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. We've had services with Horizon Services before, and have NEVER been anything but completely satisfied.

Ken H[redacted] came on time to up clog our drain. We had a rough start at first, however he did a great job and also saved us money because we were under warranty. Ken was expertly clean in doing his work and when he finished he cleaned the working area also. I would suggest him to anyone for drain cleaning. Horizon this guy deserves a raise.

Donald K[redacted] is a knowledgeable, friendly technician who explained clearly the status of our HV after his examination of it.

I feel satisfied with my service today , although the problem Keith fixed isn't 100 percent confirmed fixable, he was honest with all possible outcomes . I'm aware that today's visit might not completely fix my toilet , bc we might need an entirely new toilet. Hoping for the best as I am he to give birth any day . Keith was very polite . And courteous as well .
