My recent experience for a heater tune-up was great. The service technician was friendly, and did a through job. He explained things to me and showed me what he did. He made recommendations to make our unit more efficient. I am very pleased with his work and representation of himself.

The HVAC technician, Don K[redacted], came for AC tune up Sunday evening. He was very friendly, and professional, and patiently answered all my questions. I have no complaints about his work. Because he did a good job, I continue to renew the service partner program with Horizon Services.

I called horizon because of a leaking kitchen faucet, and leaking pipes underneath the sink. Mike R arrived at the very beginning of the assignment window, and gave a detailed overview of the work required as well as a detailed estimate. He is a professional, courteous, and efficient worker. All of his workmanship was top grade. I was very impressed. After the job was complete, he took the time to explain how the entire plumbing system should work in my home, and he gave me several useful tips on the care and maintenance requirements for the plumbing system in my home. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone I know.

I had a very pleasant experience with Horizon Services. My AC was broken and the technician that came to my house was professional, experienced and repaired my AC in an efficient and timely manner (same day). The technician didn't try and "sell" me anything "extra" after completing the repair. I highly recommend Horizon Services for your AC or plumbing needs.

Pat was great. He was on time and extremely professional. He outlined all of my options clearly and in terms I could understand. It would be great to always have him as our technician.

maintainedst time customer. Excellent service. On time, professional, and friendly. Asked if I had any questions and if there were any issues before he started the maint service. Explained service scope and after service mentioned that our HVAC equipment was well maintained.

Had a problem with our over 20-year old boiler and Pat D. from Horizon came out. He checked everything out. Suggested that we have representative come out to quote on a new unit before this one dies.

Horizon representative was courteous, professional, and quickly resolved the problem.

We called Horizon and they came right away. The technician Kenneth H. was kind and considerate. He made sure to wear booties and was very pleasant about the process. He was able to relieve a problem we had very a long time. And he made sure to explain the guarantee.

The Horizon Tech, James G., was right on time and did a very thorough job testing and cleaning our two furnace/AC units. He found some maintenance concerns and took pictures of the parts in question so he could clearly explain what he had found and what he was suggesting. We ended up having a few things replaced and repaired, and putting off things he felt could be delayed. He was missing one part he needed but Horizon sent that out to him on another truck so that all of our work could be completed in one day. It was great to get it done in one visit vs. scheduling another service call and James was efficient and tolerated our cats, too.

Pat D. was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my heat pump air handler quickly and accurately and presented the options available to me within 10 minutes. I was not particularly pleased with the price, especially since I had to be out of my home for 3 nights while waiting for parts, but that was not Pat's fault. Overall, a very good tech and a generally positive experience.

Received a confirmation of arrival time including update when technician was in my area. Kenneth arrive promptly and addressed me by my name. Kenneth was professional and courteous to my home. Was clear in the cost of the service call and payment options. Worked from outside and in resolved issue uncertain of cause at this time without camera.
