Handy claims the the customer and professional were in contact with each other and the customer was aware the professional could not get in due to the customer not providing access.This is not true. We tried communicating via text, and that was not working because we could not find the worker. After that, I tried calling and other members of my family, and we could not get through.  See attached email from Handy acknowledging this and also acknowledging they are not able to track this, so how could they claim now that they can track this?

a credit of $135 was added to your Handy account. Since you signed up for recurring service with us your next appointment was scheduled for May [redacted]. The credit on your account as applied to your May [redacted] booking. Your following 2 bookings after May [redacted] a professional was sent out to your home on both occasions. They could not get in to get started so the bookings were canceled. Per our cancellation policy the charge is nonrefundable. You can cancel your bookings as needed directly in your bookings page to avoid an additional fees. You can also cancel your service anytime through our help center [redacted]. A professional cannot manage your account for you and telling them you want to cancel will not cancel your service. They have no control over your account. The company claims to have added credits to my account, but the account was closed when I told the business I was no longer interested in keeping my personal information (including credit card) with them. recurring cycle has been deactivated. Regarding the two charges for $38 the charges are nonrefundable per our cancellation policy. Anytime you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time the charge is nonrefundable. We send 7 day reminder emails for all upcoming bookings and give you the tools in your account to cancel any unwanted bookings. Since a professional was scheduled to come to your home both times they have to be compensated for the last minute cancellations.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I will not, however, use this business services anymore nor will I recommend them to anyone. The business is, in my opinion, fraudulent. It took me almost four months to get the matter resolved with a lot of aggravation and wasted time along the way and the business is still not admitting its fault.Thank you for your time and effort in resolving this matter.

At this point, the only payment that we are willing to accept is through a credit card via our website. Until that point we will not be removing the customer's information from our system. For any emails that the customer is receiving other than the payment information they can select unsubscribe from the bottom of any email to discontinue sending.

it out to your home. You canceled the booking almost a half hour before it was set to begin. As well when you signed up for service with us you selected to have service every 4 weeks. I see you canceled your April and May bookings but you did not cancel your June booking. As a result a professional was scheduled to come out to you. Just a reminder, we send 7 day & 24hr secondary reminder emails for all upcoming bookings with us. This gives you ample time to cancel your bookings and avoid any additional charges.  Best,Dinis

I also received an email directly from Handy and wrote a response email on 10/**/2015, but I have yet to hear back from them.
In my response email, I added screenshots of the charge to my finance's CC as well as the receipt from their website charging my CC. I have added attachments here as well.

 I read the response from the business. It said that they will reach out to their claim department manager and then get back to Revdex.com. This response didn't address my concern at all.It would be great if you could continue to push them to address my concern -- pay the damage caused to me by their employee.Thanks![redacted]
