been released and can be used again.  Two of our agents have emailed you to confirm the name and address to have the check mailed to, but we did not receive a response. I've submitted the voucher for refund, the check will made out to [redacted], and mailed to the address, [redacted] [redacted].  If you need this check mailed to a different address, please let me know in your response to this message.  The check will arrive in 3-5 weeks. 
Additionally, there are $29 credits in your account that were issued following the report of the professional not showing to your cleaning.

If I could give *zero* stars, I would. On Monday, I paid for a 2-hour cleaning. I was assigned Chanel R. and authorized the release of my apartment keys to her, since I was going to be away at work during the clean. I was so excited to come home to a sparkling apartment --
BUT I would've been happier to return to a sparkling apartment that didn't have my personal items stolen from inside of it. I was so wowed by the surface quality of the clean that it didn't dawn on me to rifle through my things until the next morning when I was getting ready for work. It was at that time that I noticed bare hangers in my closet from where clothing was stolen. When I was in the bathroom doing my makeup, I noticed my used tube of mascara had been stolen right out of my makeup bag, along with my new $40 eyeshadow palette (still in the box) from one of my bathroom drawers.
It was at that point I realized something was very wrong and I started going through everything. All in all, I had 15 items stolen, totaling $388. Everything from shampoo/hair products, to jeans/pants and sweaters/tops, all from my closet, bathroom, and dresser drawers.
I cannot even begin to describe the hurt and level of violation I feel! A police report has been filed and an investigation is in progress. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -- unless you're able to commit to being present while they are in your home and you can eye them like a hawk. If you are going to use this service, make sure your professional is not Chanel. Super disappointed and my $25 clean certainly was not worth the almost $400 worth of items I lost.

Checking your account you signed up with us on May [redacted] and signed up to have service done every 4 weeks. The first booking in the series was scheduled for May [redacted]. You then canceled your June [redacted]...

and July [redacted] bookings. However you didn't cancel your August [redacted] booking. We send 7 day and 24 hour reminder emails for all upcoming bookings. This gives you ample time to cancel your service without an additional fee. You can also cancel your service anytime using our help center [redacted]. It was not until a professional was sent to your home that you contacted us to cancel your service. Per our cancellation policy the charge is nonrefundable. Best,Dinis

 Those credits were then applied to job [redacted] on January *.  This cleaning was scheduled for February **, and was cancelled on February **.  When this booking was cancelled, the $116 credits were issued back to your Handy account.  We've converted those credits back to your credit card.  Please allow 3-5 business days for those funds to be reflected in your account. We've removed your credit card information removed from our third party, secure, payments processor.  Please advise that the last four digits of your card will remain on file for proof of previous purchases. Best, Dinis

is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  Unfortunately, the "confusion" was they refused to give the refund until I disputed the charge and filed this complaint.  But now that they have, the matter is more or less resolved.

The customer received their first cleaning paid through a partner voucher that required enrollment in recurring service in the terms of the deal. Services were rendered on 11/*. There is no protocol that would lead an agent to change the customer's email address or systemic error that could cause this to occur. Regardless, we understand that customers may be unaware that they have signed up for a subscription service and as a good faith effort we have ensured that the correct email address is attached to the user's account and credited the account for 30 minutes of complimentary service. The customer's bank has already issued a charge-back for the cancellation fee so we are unable to process an additional refund for the $25.

All fees are processed in accordance with Handy's Professional Service Agreement, which outlines penalties for missing jobs claimed through the platform.  While we understand that things do come up, and accidents do happen, we are unable to remove the fees for the missed job, and those...
