I am rejecting this response because:it is completely non-responsiveThe party also reached out to me privately, which I find inappropriate given that I have chosen to proceed through the Revdex.comTheir contention is that their advertisement for this deal was not incomplete because they provided information in a "q & a" portion where other customers asked questionsThat is not an adequate responseThe onus is not on the buyer to ferret out information where it may be hiding in the questions and answers of other customersInformation that is important to the purchaser should be provided openly and honestly in the main portion of the dealGroupon has also on numerous occasions suggested I gift this deal to someone else instead of using it if I am displeased, as if I paid for this deal with something other than money and can just give it away at randomWhatsmore, the deal can no longer be redeemed as the time to redeem it has lapsedThey are in effect doing nothing to resolve the issue at all and are giving less than sincere statements to try and get rid of the complaint

I am rejecting this response because:In an attempt to resolve this issue, a representative from Groupon emailed me on January 20, 2017, offering me $in Groupon Bucks--not the full $that I paid for the oil changeI replied to this email with the same response that I'm giving today: Groupon has engaged in fraudulent business practices and therefore has lost my businessThe only form of resolution that I will accept is a refund of $
