I am rejecting this response because: The trampoline park business owner redeemed the vouchers for me and refunded me his portion of the vouchersHe explained to me that 70% of the groupon voucher costs go to the business and 30% go to groupon)So, he refunded me 70% of the purchase price. He also explained that he did not get any of the money from the groupons until they are redeemed, wfich is completely contradictory to what groupons customer service told meThey said that a groupons could not be refunded because the money was transferred to the business within a few days. The fact that they do not have a policy in the case of medical reasons is abhorrentWe had no trouble cancelling vacation plans, summer camps, etc for our child, once we provided medical evidence. Will you please refund me the remaining 30% owed to me from the purchase of these Groupons? I would like to use this money on activities that my son can participate in with his broken leg

I am rejecting this response because:I reached out to the Revdex.com because of the lack of resolution from Groupon. I then got no response through the Revdex.com, so I reached out to my credit card company. So, your response that you cannot assist because I have reached out to my credit card company is bogus and misleading, as your lack of response came first, not last. I am not interested in any further communication with Groupon, not because you cannot do anything, but rather because you would not do anything. This case was not resolved by any right doing on the part of Groupon

I am rejecting this response because:never received any email correspondence as mentioned above If this manager will supply me with her telephone number, I will call her or she can call me.Revdex.com, can I now go to the Attorney General or something? It is obvious to me that new real attempt is being made to credit my purchase amount for the return of the Bobi vacuum This "manager" does not even supply her full last name or direct telephone number or email address so when I email back, it simply goes to a general "[email protected]" email address Then, I get emails back stating that there has been a problem with my ORDERING OF THE VACUUM!! In addition, she emails stating for me to reply back to her using my private email rather than go through the Revdex.com website I am very glad I checked and saw that I had to reply to the message through the Revdex.com website in a certain amount of days, or the dispute/case would be closedI have to wonder if this was/is her intent.......to try to get me to correspond without going through the Revdex.com so the case will be closed.Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission will be my next process All for a credit that should have been refunded to me back in May when Groupon received the return I will give ONE MORE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT: SEND ME A CHECK FOR THE FULL CREDIT AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED BOBI VACUUM WITHIN SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS TO MY HOME ADDRESS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE WHAT IS OWNED ME, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WITH THE FULL DETAILS BY NOVEMBER 15, 2016.

I am rejecting this response because: The groupon for the hair services, I made appointments to get my hair doneI was called back from the shop stating she wasn't availableWhen I tried to make the fourth appointment wasn't any available to fit my scheduleSo this is one of the many reason's I requested a refund or credit to my accountand Also I didn't sign anything regarding Groupons revised rules on getting a refundI have been a customer based on the old rulesSo I just know for the future and I took a big loss from GrouponIt's terrible that I had to lose monies to find out what type of service this is
