since August 2017 thru May 2018, Globe Life and Accident insurance has sent me emails, and mail advertisement for the past ten months. I have telephoned Globel Life and Accident Insurance customer service department and politely asked that this advertisement cease. However, the mailings,emails and telephone calls from Globe Life and Accident Insurance company continue. If the advertisement does not cease by June 2018. I will sent official complaints to California Department of Insurance and California Office of the Attorney General.
Other (requires explanation) Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company Please stop sending me advertisements through the mail, United States Postal Services, and stop emailing me, stop the telephone calls to my home number please. I am not interested in Globe Life and Accident Insurance at this time, Please stop I am not interested.

We have placed the name of ***, with the address of 83 Seaspray South, Laguna Niguel, CA XXXXX, on our "Do Not Mail" list. We ask that Ms. please allow 60-90 days for this change to take place, as other mailings may have already been processed. Our Marketing Department schedules mailings several months in advance and we are unable to pull her name and address from anything that is already scheduled, but the mailings *** definitely stop after 90 days. If Ms. should move, ask her to please let us know so we can update our list. Please be advised that if anyone using her address inquires about insurance from us in the future, she *** receive mailings again.
In addition, we have added Ms. email address of ***@gmail.com to our unsubscribe list. This is a connected unsubscribe system and any 3rd party affiliates that send out emails for Globe Life *** also receive this information. Now that Ms. email address has been added to our unsubscribe list, it *** take 7-10 days (often sooner) for this to take effect on any authentic Globe Life emails, which is within the SPAM requirements. We have also added Ms. phone number of XXX-XXX-XXXX to our Do Not Call list.
Hopefully, this action *** prevent any further mailings, emails or phone calls from being sent to *** by our company. Please ask Ms. to accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience these mailings may have caused.

Globe Life Insurance keeps sending my deceased wife application's in the mail for life insurance even after I sent them a death certificate. I am her husband and I am sick and tired of getting mail from Globe. I even called them and said to stop sending mail but they keep sending letters every month.
Other (requires explanation) I would like the company, Globe Life Insurance to stop and decease all mail correspondence and realize the person, *** is dead.

I have been trying to cash in a life insurance policy for over 3 months now. They refuse to send my money.
I first contacted them around the first week of Feb. 2018 and have called them aprox. 9 times trying to resolve this. They took 2 weeks to "find" the policy, which actually took over a month. I have talked to the following: Tammy, Crystal, Sonia, Virginia, Nicie, Vanessa, Devonte, and Rick- all of whom lied to or stonewalled me each time. No one who "promised" to contact or call me back EVER did. The last thing I heard, they had a check but couldn't "find it". I am not listing the policy number here (call or email if you need it) but it is a life insurance policy for $6,000.
I have send the form they requested and answered every question they asked.
I want to warn anyone who is contemplating giving these people your hard earned money, to NOT DO IT.
You or your heirs will likely never see it again.
I want to receive the money I have requested with no more delaying tactics. They owe me a minimum of $3,459.

Globe Life falsified my application so they could justify denying me coverage. Fortunately, I have a copy of the original application I sent them.
On April 11, 2018, I sent check for $2.00 payment with my application for insurance coverage along with my husband's application. I received a letter from Globe Life dated April 19, 2018 in which they implied they received information that I applied for coverage with "another provider" that negated what I stated on my application. I called to inquire and they said I would get a response in the mail. I asked about my husband's application and they said they couldn't find it. On April 28, 2018, I received another letter asking for more information, to which I responded and mailed back the same day. Meanwhile, my husband received his policy. On May 1, 2018 I received a check for $1.00 for my application, and a denial with their version of my application. Two of the responses on the application were falsified and showed a different answer than what I submitted on question 3, and no answer on question 4. I wrote a letter back to them and sent a copy of my original application I had completed with both questions 3 and 4 answered with a response of 'no'. Globe Life falsified my application and denied me coverage wrongly. I want to report them for bad business practices or incompetent employees who cannot locate applications and transcribe the information on them.
I would prefer to have the coverage, but now I am not so sure I want them covering me. I want to know why they did what they did, and to tell others about Globe Life's business practices. The only address I was provided was P.O.Box XXXXX, Oklahoma City, OK XXXXX. This address was not one of the choices on the dropdown, so I chose the Dallas office.
