Globe Life Insurance has great customer care. I have never had a problem with them after many years of service.
Great customer service.
I called to apply for globe life insurance on my new granddaughter . The man I spoke with was very nice . I already have Globe life policies on my other 2 grandchildren. It very inexpensive and have a year u can up your policy 5k dollars for just a buck or so. I feel like I really get a great deal with them my husband took out life insurance on his son at birth 30plus yrs ago and he pays twice what I'm paying with Globe.
Globe Life has been a great business to have for my insurance needs. I hope it continues to work for my family after I am gone.
I have had multiple policies with Globe Life Insurance for many years. They have always answered any questions I have had. The reps are polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them if you're looking for affordable life insurance.

We have been doing business with Globe Life for many years and have always found them to be a great company to do business with.
cannot resolve payment issues with my Wells Fargo bankcard. Spoke with many customer service reps since the start off 2018 and no resolution yet.
I have paid my premiums with this bankcard in the past for many years and suddenly I cannot. I have phoned, emailed, written to customer service and accounting department to resolve this issue and nothing has been closely done to resolve this issue.
Clarity, explaination and resolution of the issues.

I found their response and after reveiwing it I'm still not satisfied. I also contacted the bank and they said there is no flag set on my account to refuse payment from Globe Life.

On September 25, 2018, a payment processed from your WF Visa card for policy XXXXXXXXX. Hopefully, this indicates that the problem has been corrected. This payment has not cleared my bank yet....on September 25, 2018, a payment processed from your WF Visa card for policy XXXXXXXXX. Globe Life only confirm I made the payment.

I am quite satisfied with Globe and the service they provide.
I am the owner of 3 policies for my 3 children and 2 policies for my mother. I have been paying these policies for 5 years while trying to get out of them. Every time I have been trying to cancel I have not been able to. When I request a refund, they only offer a minimal amount which is unacceptable. They have tried to claim that my oldest son and my mother are the owners of their own policies. This is untrue. I signed up for their policies and have been the one making their payments. They have not been providing me services. They told me to just stop making payments to cancel. I will not do this. I want cancellation confirmation.
Other (requires explanation) I want a full refund for the last 5 years.

It, wasn't just give Polixies it was 7 my two brothers besides the five, and they Kept Deceased ppl money , never would look for the Living Family members it was on 60 minutes / NBC, Globe Life is a Crooket Company, I want a Full Refund.They took, my money when I asked for Cancellation/ Stop Oaymebt I want every Copper penny of mine 5 years without no Service no Good Business Practice.XXXXXX-XXXX I fo not wish to speak to those Crooket Insurance Company all I want 5 years 7 Policies monies they Took.

I'm, deserving of my Mkney they took gir 5yrs, Globe life needs to be Held Accountable for their Actions as a Consumer. I wasn't 5 yrs every cent they Took.

I cannot tell what contract you are referring to or anything regarding a refund. Are you asking to change your beneficiary to the funeral home? Please clarify and contact me. Thank you.

I must admit, I read the horror stories, and was afraid of the outcome, however, that was not my experience. Everyone, every time I called was pleasant and very helpful. It was a smooth transaction and took the worry and stress of handling my loved ones final expenses. Thank you Globe Life.
I was lied to and promised a life insurance benefit amount of $50,000 - they sent me a letter stating it was $857.00.
I emailed Globe Life Insurance on 6/16/18 and requested to cancel my policy as I did not have the means to keep up with the required payments, which were drastically increased (about three times more). I was responded to via email on 6/19/18 with a PDF letter attached that would need to be sent back; I also received this letter in the mail.
The letter advises that I have the option to have the policy endorsed as Reduced Paid-Up Life Insurance. To avoid cancelling my policy altogether, I called Globe Life Insurance on 6/25/18 at 4:58 PM ET for further information.
After first speaking with THREE different associates who all claimed they did not know what the Reduced Paid-Up Life Insurance option is - even though I received a letter and email offering the option - I was connected with someone who offered to help. I believe her name was Tarra Lynn? I spoke with her at around 6:00 PM ET. She advised this is not an option that they offer anymore (I must have received the letter containing that information because of how old the policy is), but because they offered it to me in the letter, I was entitled to it.
This was great news, so I asked for further clarification on how this endorsement would affect my policy. She confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES that my benefit amount would not change, it would remain $50,000. However, I would no longer need to pay on the policy so long as I did not redeem the cash value that the policy had earned. She confirmed I would keep my $50,000 benefit amount through 7/8/2091. This was amazing news to hear, especially after it had been confirmed multiple times. To be sure, I asked for an email confirmation for my records since that would be received right away. Of course this was not an option, but she advised I'd receive a letter in the mail confirming this information.
I received that letter (dated 6/28/18)... It states my policy has been converted to a Non-Participating Fully Paid-Up policy in the amount of $50,000. I about fell to the floor.
I went from being told that my benefit amount would remain $50,000 and I'd receive a confirmation letter in the mail, to receiving a letter stating my benefit amount is $857.
This is completely unfair. I don't understand how a business can try to keep you as a customer by offering you options that don't really exist, lie when you call them and make empty promises that they cannot fulfill, then send you a letter in the mail that is the exact opposite of what they advised of.
I emailed Globe Life Insurance twice more (on 6/30/18 and again on 7/7/18 since I received no reply) requesting the phone call be reviewed. They replied 7/13/18 saying they were sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
This goes far beyond an inconvenience. I was lied to, plain and simple. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did I receive an insincere apology, but they made no effort to address the issue. And to top it all off, they conveniently let me know that I could surrender the policy.
I would like Globe Life Insurance to hold true to their promises. My policy benefit amount should be $50,000 with no further payments required so long as I do not redeem the cash value that the policy has built. This is what was confirmed over the phone on 6/25/18, and this is what I should receive.

While the company is not able to honor the request, they have apologized and ensured the associate will be re-educated - I hope this prevents someone else from sharing a similar experience. They have also agreed to refund all payments made toward the policy to date. I believe this is a fair resolution.
