Globe life. Great insurance. I have my grandkids covered.
I am being billed for a life insurance policy I only inquired about and never signed to start this policy ever.
To be billed for a $30,000 life insurance policy I never signed to start this policy.
To withdraw this billing for the life insurance policy.

Policy #0015W3610, insuring the life of ***, is a term life policy issued effective 06/01/18 in the amount of $30,000.00. This policy was issued based on a direct mail application that appears to be signed by Mr. and is dated 04/28/18. A copy of this application is enclosed for your reference.
According to our records, this policy was cancelled 07/17/18, per Mr. request. No further premium notices were sent to Mr. after the date of cancellation.

This company is falsely billing fraudulently for people inquiring regarding life insurance policy amount quotes.
The purpose of my complaint was twofold:
1. To prevent this false billing action from continuing
2. To make aware how devious this companys practices are.
Mr. Rettinger submitted an application for insurance coverage, not a request for information or rate quotes. Globe Life issued an insurance policy based on this application and billed for the premiums due. No further billing notices were sent after the policy was cancelled.
There is nothing "devious" or "false" about Globe Life's actions regarding this matter.

Outright lies, I never completed an application for life insurance. I inquired about a $30,000 policy rate only then received the *** thereafter.
2nd rate company with duplicate responses.
Simply stated, they were caught with falsified billing and were reported to the Revdex.com.
There is not much I can say about Globe Life other than I have never had anything other than good experiences with them...excellent experience as a matter of fact

Customer service was good and they answered all my questions! Have to wait too get approved is a bit long (5 weeks) but if it can be done so be it!

To all of those who praise Globe Life, I hope you never have to submit a claim. As long as they are collecting money, yes, I agree, they couldn't be more helpful.
I submitted a death claim on May 24, 2018. It is now June 19 and I am being told that it will be another 10-15 days before the proceeds check is mailed. In the interim, I have faxed the death certificate to them four times (claims it is not in the system, but requested that I fax it again). Each person give me their "pat" answers, which is really no answer at all. I contacted them today and asked to speak to a supervisor. Since no one was available, I left my name and phone number for a call back. I then called again, and was put into their "Hispanic" mailbox. Coincidence? I don't think so. Deliberate, YES!!!!!
Come on, Globe Life. Process your claims in a timely manner. This is totally unacceptable and I have run out of patience.

Please email Globe Customer Service at @globelife.com and provide the name of the insured and the policy number and put Attention: Legal Department on the email. State in the email that this email needs to be forwarded to the Legal Department, at their instruction, concerning a complaint. Once we receive the information, we *** investigate this matter and provide a written response to your complaint.

I have three great grandsons and each of them are insured with Globe Life & Accident insurance. They have always been prompt with any of my questions and are definitely on top of any issues I may have. I highly recommend them. Thanks.

I bought a life insurance policy for my daughter 17 years ago with the promise that it incurs cash value. 2900 later she cashed it out and got $10.00
I purchased a life insurance policy for my daughter when she was 10 with the promise that it would incur a cash or face value. My daughter is now 27. The policy had over 2800 in there that as struggling single mother I out in there for her to have as an adult. She recently cashed it out and received a 10 dollar check? They told her that the policy only incurs cash value after her 26th birthday. This is NOT what my original policy stated. Thank god I didn't get one for my son I would have been throwing away even more money. False advertising and thieves.
This should have been disclosed to me, which it was not when I purchased the policy 17 years ago. I want the 2800 I put into it to go to my daughter like it was originally promised. You guys take advantage of hard working single mothers like it's a game. Horrible.
Policy #00FXXXXXX, insuring the life of Brittany A. Poquis, is a whole life policy issued effective 03/28/2000 in the amount of $10,000.00 and includes four $5,000.00 whole life riders, bringing the total life insurance coverage to $30,000.00.
The purpose of a life insurance policy is to provide a benefit to the designated beneficiary at the time of the insured's death, presumably for last expenses. However, because whole life policies accumulate cash value, they have benefits that can be utilized during the lifetime of the insured, one of which is cash surrender.
This particular policy does not begin to accumulate cash value until after age 26. According to our records, Brittany Poquis turned 26 on 07/26/2017. The policy began accumulating cash value on 03/28/2018 - the policy anniversary following Ms. Poquis' 26th birthday. For your reference, I am enclosing a copy of the Table of Loan and Nonforfeiture Values from policy #00FXXXXXX, which clearly shows there is no cash value until after age 26. The Statement of Policy Cost and Benefit page from the policy, a copy of which is also enclosed, indicates there is no cash value until the 19th policy year.
The policy was surrendered May 31, 2018 - two months after it began to accumulate cash value. A check (#XXXXXXX) in the amount of $10.02, representing the full cash surrender value of the policy, was issued to Brittany Poquis on that date. According to our Accounting Department, the check is still outstanding.
In her complaint, Rosanna *** says she wants the $2,800.00 she "put into the policy" paid to her daughter. I presume she is referring to the premiums paid, which actually totaled $1,821.00, according to our records. Regardless of the amount paid, it is Globe Life's position that those premiums have been earned by the Company and no refund is due. If a claim had arisen while this policy was in force and incontestable, Globe Life would have been obligated (and expected) to pay Ms. the $30,000.00 death benefit.
The cash surrender value paid to Ms. Poquis is proper and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.

In ability to contact anyone at Globe life Insurance. Years ago I was contacted by them and set up an appointment at my home to go over my policies. At that meeting with the agent, my husband and myself, the agent said that I could close my current policy and get the cash value for it. He was asked multiple times by myself and my husband, if this was a loan. The agent repeated multiple times that it was not and there was nothing in writing that stated it was a loan.
Globe life has been sending me bills with interest tacked on. I tried calling them multiple times and would speak to a different person each time with no solutions and no follow- up. I am a federal employee and signed up for this insurance many years ago through the Department Of Veterans Affairs.
Now they have sent me a notice that is stating, 'NOTICE OF PENDING POLICY TERMINATION'. I can't solve this problem if I can't get anyone to follow through or give me answers.

I need to speak to someone directly from Globe Life. No phone numbers on mailings at all. I have had no luck with speaking to multiple individuals from the main lines. They keep sending me bills and a cancellation notice of my life insurance. I want to speak to someone that can actually help me.
