I used to LOVE this storeI bought many things from themSometimes, the "non-returnable" items (stupid idea anyway) were NOTHING like they were describedThey would advertise an item as non-returnable and ship you something that was not even close to the photos or descriptionThey used to have humans working their customer service that understood and helped resolve the issueSimilarly, with their insanely slow new shipping times, they used to give you some leeway with their tight return policyI just had a baby and I missed the return deadline by a day, now they won't make an exception for meBut I wait months for a small item I paid good money for (everything on there is GOOD MONEY and not cheap!) For things like baby clothes, making someone wait months could mean the clothes are unusableSame with seasonal goods! Shame on them for such slow shippingI ordered a dress months in advance of my daughter's first birthday and it did not arrive within the time frameCustomer service can care less and doesn't want to help you, offer a small $credit for your time, or do anything to show their sympathyThey will also cancel YOUR order randomly because it is "out of stock" all the sudden, again NO SYMPATHY, no small gift card for your trouble or a free shipping couponThey are jerksI won't keep shopping here and throwing my money at themUsually they aren't even the best price

I buy a pair of shoes with them for the first timeShoe didn't fit right so decided to returnSince they charge money for shipping to return I decided to return at the storeThe website gave options to get credit back to actual payment method or store creditI chose back to original paymentNo where while selecting either option it mentioned that putting money back to my card would cost $ Supposedly, I needed to go and read their return policy which is on the return policy page, separate from the page, the transaction is being madeThis is pretty close to a scam of making moneyThe store didn't waive my fee
