Complaint: ***
I am
rejecting this response because: They have resolved the current bills, but now
the collection company will not remove the incident from my credit
reports. I understand they didn't receive the bills via mail,
but the two companies that submitted the bills for collections sent a copy of
the original letters sent in September by the Geico Claims rep
***.
***
has tried to resolve the issue; I was told that if the letters probably
didn't have the claim number on it that's the reason they didn't receive it
from the mailroom I could understand that issue, so I asked the companies to send me a copy of what
they sent. The claim number was on it , along with a copy of
the two letters in September
The companies complied with Geico and sent the forms via mail. I
understand if *** *** didn't receive it after it made it back to Geico, but
looking at the forms and information that the companies sent me, there was
enough information to get it to the claims department.
This means,
the mailroom is slacking. My life is depending on someone in the mailroom
not doing his or her job. The only complete way to resolve this is to
clear my credit reports. Attached are the information that the *** sent to me to prove they sent the information as requested and when requested. It doesn't make since that the medical companies would lie, when they want their money. They don't care who pays, as long as they get their money. *** said they sent the information twice and so did *** *** ***. From the information sent (attached) it proves they medical company did what they promiseThere was
another eight pages that can be added, but it had a lot more of my
personal information, however; what's attach is enough to prove that *** did as instructed
Regards,
*** ***

When I inquired about switching to Geico insurance, I spoke to nice, but very conniving representative, who said that they were going to send me a bill like thing via mail, but they weren't going to sign me up unless I wanted toEssentially, this representative signed me up for insurance and flat out lied about itTwo weeks later, Geico charged my bank accountThey did not speak to me or my insurance companyI had to call a speak to a manager and email them to cancel the policy I never wanted to sign up for and get a refund processedI will definitely never be switching to Geico after that

DATE OF LOSS: May 23, 2014
COMPANY: Government Employees Insurance Company
Dear *** ***:
Thank you for your letter of August 7,
Auto Damage adjuster Ashanti G*** inspected ***’s *** *** on June 24, and found no damage to the vehicle’s suspension or any indications that the this loss would have damaged the vehicle’s suspension or wheel bearings. On July 2, 2014, Auto Damage adjuster Matt H*** inspected ***’s vehicle at *** Collision Center and found no damage to the suspension or wheel bearings as related to this loss. As per ***’s original complaint, the repair facility indicated that the vehicle’s wheel bearings may be damaged, but would not be related to this loss
In regard to ***’s statement that we replaced her bumper even though it had pre-existing damage on the right side of the bumper, our records indicate that we, in fact, repaired the bumper. Attached is the estimate of record and supplement for your review.
GEICO apologizes for any inconvenience that this loss has caused ***, as it is our intention to settle all claims as quickly and as fairly as possible.
If there are any additional questions, please feel free to contact Claims Manager Justin K*** at ###-###-####
Sincerely,
Mark J***

April 9, Dear *** ***:Thank you for your April 7, inquiry. We inspected ***’s vehicle on March 10, 2014, prepared a repair estimate, verified the visible damages related to the loss reported to us, and reviewed the covered repairs listed on the estimate
with *** at that time*** chose to have his vehicle repaired at Advanced CollisionWe also noted at the time of the initial inspection ***’s *** *** with 275,000+ miles had suffered significant paint fading over time (being over years old and having 275,miles, this is understandable)Due to the loss damage being confined to the right rear of the vehicle, we agreed to take care of those damages within the handling of the claim. After the repairs were completed, *** made us aware he was not pleased with the final repairs as performed by the shop, specifically the paint mismatch on his vehicle***’s paint mismatch is not due to improper color but due to the extensive fading of the paint on the rest of the vehicleAgain, we noted the condition of the paint at the time of our estimate preparation before Advanced Collision performed any repairs to ***’s vehicle*** has also alleged the shop damaged the remaining panels on his vehicleThere is no evidence to support that theory. We regret *** has refinish issues with his car, but we cannot agree to pay for refinish issues not related to the loss reported and caused by wear and tear over a significant period of time.If you have any further questions, please contact *** ***, Auto Damage Manager, at ###-###-####.Sincerely,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:When I first put in this claim with GeicoThey initially told me that all I would need is the police report, and also when I first put in the complaint with Geico I told them about the tire that was damaged to the tire and also to the left front end. The tire DID not blow from a previous experience as Geico claims that they believed that it had happenThey specifically told me that the damage to the left front end of the truck was not enough to prove that the Black *** did hit me, but if I provided them with proof that it was possible that there was contact then I would be covered under the Uninsured Motorist ClaimI then went back out to my truck to look for damage, and upon looking notice that the tire that I replaced at the scene of the accident had serious damage to the tireThe tire itself has a ring around it where it looks like it rubbed against another vehicle's tireThis is when I contact Geico again to complain to them about how I believed that with this damaged to the front tire, and the ring around it that it would be enough proof to prove that the other car made contact with me, and the reason for this is because the tires on the truck were practically brand newAlso, this tire was damaged at the scene of the accident and the police officer and road side assistance that came out there can tell you that this tire was replaced at the scene of the accidentI also because of the "proof" that Geico needed to prove that someone hit me I contacted the Tennessee Highway Patrol to get the camera footage off of the camera from that day, but they informed me that they don't record the video from those cameras

I am rejecting this response because:
Based on the damages on ***'s car and the location, you can't determine that he was at fault for the first impactIf my husband hit him from behind the damages would have been on the front bumper, it's on the left side damaging his light and sideThey haven't even sat us up for get the front estimated, who's to say if the other car damages have been reviewed as wellWe won't except 50% off for the first impactThe officer looked at both vehicles and the damages sustain to both cars, he included that my husband was not a fault for the first impact, my husband just purchased that car, so why hit another car on his way to workwe feel as though Geico doesn't want to pay for damages since both parties are insured with them and now trying to bribe us with half off our deductibleThey are not looking at the evidence, have a adjuster look at both cars and determine bAsed on location of the impact if it correspond to their storyThey have no pictures neitherThis happened in March and it is currently April 21st.
