Furthermore, the 3 magazines I DID receive were from months that were not even in question from early 2015, not the end of the year as I had an issue with.I would like further details from Gamestop if the magazines will be arriving in multiple shipments and if so to provide tracking numbers for the packages through USPS (as the only 3 I received came via USPS)

Because of the response I received, I have this doubt.

Intell the district manager contacts me that's when I will be fine with this outcome. Intell then I will wait do to what happened last time with her saying she didn't what to talk to me because a passing in her family when I looked and most/all jobs offer a 5 to 7 day leave if that happened what doesn't add on with the time I was contacting her at.

it was never in our intentions to put you in this sort of position, and I have taken in the feedback from this experience and have passed it over to the appropriate parties to be reviewed and addressed.After reviewing the order I'm able to show that unfortunately, a replacement was not processed. There were multiple attempts to do so by our representatives, however the item was completely out of stock which prevented them from carrying out their promise to replace the item for you. Why this was not disclosed to you, I am unsure and I cannot apologize enough for that. I have personally processed a new order for the God of War Saga for PlayStation 3 under order [redacted]. This is no additional expense to you, and Overnight delivery has been provided. This is a title that has a collection of games within the God of War series, including God of War III.
