I show that you purchase the $25 Pre-Owned Reward Certificate. When you purchase this certificate this is the information listed on it.This reward is for a printable certificate redeemable in stores Valid toward the purchase of one single in-store and in-stock pre-owned item only. Not valid toward gift cards, downloadable content, reservations or POSA cards. Two certificates of the same denomination can not be used in the same transaction, but you can use two different denominations. (EX. Two $10 Certificates can not be used in the same transaction, but a $5 certificate and a $10 certificate can be used in the same transaction) No cash back. Maximum of 3 certificates can be used per day, per member.I show now that this certificate was used in the store on 12/29/15. After coordinating with our Banking and Cash Management team to verify these charges, our records show that only one charge of $248.69 was collected, and was also refunded. There were no signs of a duplicate charge, or authorizations on this order. While there did appear to be some issues transmitting this refund back to your original payment, it looks like our team was able to get that corrected. Provided below are the refunds, along with their transaction reference number that were issued.
