There was no gift card on this order. That being said, I would very much like to help with that. I only rejected for now because I haven't received the call yet but I'll wait and see how that goes. But I was also told to always reject until it is actually solved,not just getting a message saying they're going to call. Because with how the people are at the certain location,I wouldn't be surprised if they never call.

Please confirm in writing that you will have our copy of Fire emblem that we paid for in full on Friday. I was told that this was a corporate mistake so I'm looking to corporate for a resolution. Please stop passing a long term customer off. I have also filed a complaint with the SC attorney General since I was advised this falls under SC law

While it may state this on your end, I have now received two sepaerate cancellation notices for items that I ordered. I am also seeing a $0.00 balance on both my app and the gamestop page. Like I stated previously. This continues to happen, as it's the third time in three months. As a loyal customer who spends a ton of money on games and accessories, this is very disheartening. I should be able to see my funds, and not have to worry if an item I ordered is being shipped because of a glitch in your computer system.

have cascaded this feedback over to the appropriate parties to be further reviewed and addressed. We would be more than happy to replace these consoles for you, however we will need to receive these damaged ones back. Since 2 of these consoles contain Lithium Ion Batteries (The PS4 and Nintendo Wii U) we are unable to create an expedited return shipping label through [redacted] A label appropriate for these items can be created, however this process can take up to 15 business days. Typically in these instances, guests are able to visit their local GameStop store to inquire about exchanging the product. If preferred, you are also more than welcome to visit a [redacted] location and ship the products out, where a fee will likely apply, however we will absolutely reimburse you for this expense if you're able to provide us with the receipt reflecting the amount you were charged. Please let me know which option works best for you, so that we can continue to assist you until this matter is resolved. As for the Xbox One system, I have processed a paid for shipping label to be sent to your e-mail address.
