Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Nelson R. who helped me with a resolution to a problem I had with Flexshopper, LLC. Nelson was courteous and respectful and the most overall knowledgable (sic) customer service representative at Flexshopper. I would rank his services to a customer as the highest possible that there is. Due to Nelson's service, I will maintain my relationship with Flexshopper and will continue to make further purchases from them. Prior to my speaking with Nelson I intended to never use Flexshopper again. This has now changed and I will continue to make additional purchases from Flexshopper.

I'm a new customer with flexshopper I had a bad experience at first with three other representative that did not know how to modify my order. I was a little frustrated on the day before, but I decided to call back the next day and got a representative by the name of Christina H. she was very pleasant, understanding, and she did a awesome job with modifying my order. I am so happy that I got this young lady who knows exactly how to work her system. Thank you Christina H., you are going to be a great representative and I hope you the best in your work. I feel so much better. I can say from frustrated to feeling excellent.

Nicole took the extra time to find my items at another location so that I would have them in time for Christmas. An extra hour, to be exact. I didn't even know that there was an issue until she called me. But, she had already worked diligently on a solution before she even contacted me. Who goes out of their way like that anymore? Extremely impressed and very thankful. You rock, Nicole!!!
I have used this company many times over the past year. I always take advantage of the 90days same as cash. And the personal shopper. They keep raising my credit limit. But one has to know there own limit. Or this company is going to make money off you. Always good customer service.
I just had a conversation with Jair B from FlexShopper's Billing & Collections Department. He was such a great help to me and really helped to sort my billing situation. Jair B was so enthusiastic and such a great representative for Flex Shopper and my experience thus far.
I cancelled my order it shipped anyway now it is sitting here for weeks can't get the item picked up and they're charging me my weekly payment even though I cancel the order and they won't get it picked up Customer Service was of no help to me whatsoever returns department was of no help to me whatsoever so here I sit. I have made numerous calls to this business trying to resolve this matter last time I called they said its in the vendor hands that the item shipped from. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Do NOT use this company they are awful!!!!
