to me follow ups are the essence of a great service and
flexshopper employees are great on this and their products
and services also great
I had a issue with over Payments that was taken out of my account , and just received an email stating I won't be credited my money back, I will call to seek better clarity in regards to this matter, but pertaining to the customer service , Richard was a great help he is very friendly and seems to make you feel at ease as he takes care of all issues, he is a great asset to this agency and I hope he gets all he deserves , he is doing a great job, thank you Richard for all your help ..
I received an email from Flexshopper saying one of my direct debits did not go through ....Not True I have plenty in account....So stressed and disappointed with this company.
I have been paying on time since I took on a couple of leased products in November 2014
Anyway, they immediately without finding out about this issue or resubmitting.. cut off my spending limits..Saying I can restore credit limit over time with on time payments.
I was under the impression that they reported on time payments to the CREDIT BUREAUS but they don't..
I will not do business ever again with this company..
I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very helpful and did not try and get over on me. I recommend it to individuals who don't have perfect credit or a lot of up front money.

I have dealt with Flexshopper over the last year and they have always resolved issues quickly (damaged item pick-up, an item that was lost and I never received - they had been charging me - when I told them I never received the item they promptly credited my other accounts with them, my financial difficulties they had worked out with me in order that I could continue my contracts).
email communication is great! Adrieana O. gets back to me promptly with any info I request such as payoff amounts or payment arrangements.
Naturally you are going to pay a lot more for the item, but it is their business to provide you with an item you can't afford!
Just Like other reviewers have said. Over 10 days on an order and the same canned responses. 3 to be exact. When a tracking number is available we will email it to you, Your order is processing which takes 24 to 48 hours even after its been over a week of processing, and Finally we should have your tracking information by the end of the day. The last response was given 3 days ago nearly 72 hours before they claimed it was in processing. These people need to be investigated since they already have peoples payment information on file. My advice stay away from them period. I am doubting I will ever recieve what I ordered and will have to dispute charges with my bank. On my account it claims the delivery estimate is tomorrow but yet they claim thay havent processed the order.

Please do yourself a favor, and take the negative reviews seriously. I've had to contact FlexShopper 4 times, and their customer support reps are heinous. You don't need anything bad enough to open up an account with this company.

I am a photographer and the gear I need to do my job can be expensive. I opted to use this company to finance a few items. The rates can be really high but with the cash options I was ok with that.
My first order went smooth. Purchased from [redacted] using Flexshopper as the payment option. Order arrived as promised. The trouble came when I went to place a second order.
Flexshopper showed the order had been placed but it never showed up on [redacted]'s side meaning Flexshopper had me obligated to the agreement and would begin to bill me but because [redacted] never got the order then I would never get the product. This is clearly a problem.
I make contact with Flex to explain the situation and a customer service rep by the name of [redacted] tells me there is nothing he can do. I must call [redacted] and cancel. Now this makes little sense because [redacted] doesn't show an order, so what exactly am I suppose to cancel. I go back and forth with [redacted] but to no avail. He simply was a out of his league in a customer service role because there was no customer service to speak of.
I waited a few days to see if the order would somehow show up, it didn't.
I then contact [redacted] whom Ive done business will many many times in the past without a single issue, I explain the situation to them and as expected they says no sir we cannot cancel the order because we do not have the order.
I then contact Flex again and get a woman named [redacted]. She was so much more helpful but in the end was able to contact [redacted] and confirm there was not a order and cancel the agreement.
Make me hesitant to use these guys again because this issue took me away from my work for nearly 3 years. Yup 3 hours on the phone with customer service for what should have been such a simple matter.
[redacted] was awesome but this [redacted] guy, man he was obnoxious and completely useless. I would not want him in a customer service role representing me
The wait wasn't long to speak with someone in billing. Brian is the rep who took care of my issue and did a great job. Quick and easy. He was very pleasant.
