I had a good experience with flex shopper due to a worker I spoke with name Bree H. She was genuinely concerned about you and wanted to make sure you were a satisfied customer. I continue to be with them because of the kind of person she is. I just want to say thank you Bree and continue to be the sweet and kind person you are.
I have used Flexshopper for well over a year to finance equipment for my business. As long as you pay on time and understand the contract they are a great way to purchase high ticket items without having to shell out tons of money up front. HOWEVER, you need to keep in mind that in order to OWN the items you purchase - you must PAY OFF the lease within 90 days otherwise you will be paying over double for what you buy (It's in the contract and read it!)
Granted, perhaps one shouldn't expect the highest level of service considering the platform; however, I will never use this service again. I was told that I would be billed $5.66 a week for a prescribed number of weeks / payments, as indicated by their rather lengthy agreement. The amount was actually $6.05 and the number of payments exceeded what was agreed upon by both parties. They just kept debiting my bank account! In addition, the date of the extraction of funds was never consistent. On one day it would be a Friday, then a Monday. They would place a hold on funds and then release it, subsequently charging me a day or two later. I think they play little games like this in hopes that a payment will bounce and they can then collect additional fees.
All of this being said, I think I would rather go without than go with this company and get ripped off.
I absolutely love doing business with FlexShopper. My credit isn't the best and it's tough when things break down and you need to replace it. I don't always have the cash in hand so by being able to make reasonable payments, it makes things a lot easier to manage. I spoke with a very pleasant man by the name of Gary F.. I just had to update my info and he was very courteous. I have paid off a couple of things like a really nice gaming computer and a very comfortable mattress. They make returns easy as well. I highly recommend FlexShopper. They have been very easy to deal with.
I am new to this site, and had a problem with a room mate getting my info and ordering some merchandise. I contacted chat online, and was transferred to Terri' which she helped me cancel the orders and was very helpful and professional.
EDRIC L was awesome as hell. the rep I spoke to prior to edric had me all messed up, my account was looking crazy but edric handled my issues like a champ. took care of my payment issue and didn't try and give me a bunch of BS for excuses. keep this man around he talked to me like I talk to my self. lol. respectful and on point. most of all he didn't have excuses he had solutions and thats what us as consumers want. this isn't a friend trying to win him points this is a real customer wicked happy he fixed my problem. thanks again Edric, real talk. he spoke to me like a real person, not like last week, a random guy (NOT EDRIC) called my wife's phone I swear to you and said hes calling on behalf of flex shopper and youre payments late, soon as my wife told him were current his exact words; "ok thanks, click" now that was kinda crazy I swear this is true. but edric was/is very polite. so thank you edric.
It was a wonderful experience dealing with flex shopper. The customer service was exquisite, Mr. Brian d especially was wonderful and very helpful. The company values their customers, and appreciated my on time payments. The terms are right on, everything was great. Have been referring flexshopper to other loyal individuals like myself. Thank you flexshopper, my mother loves her stove that I had purchased and paid off through you guys. Also they are a very professional and understanding company. Thank you again
The Customer Service Rep Nicole P. who handled my call went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I was fully informed. She provided me with instructions to deal directly with her in the future for any other orders or concerns I might have to make things easier for me which means a lot! I think Flexshopper should consider themselves lucky to have her as a part of their team as she brings forth what you would expect from a company as far as customer service, I can't thank her enough for everything she helped me with! I would recommend Flexshopper to anyone!

Submitted an application. I have a 720 credit rating, $4000/monthy income, active bank account for 5 years (never having an NSF), all of which more than exceed their "requirements". It was denied, no explaination as to why. Their "customer service" representatives refused to answer as to why it was denied. First person said "You'll receive an email as to your denial", two days later still no email. Second person just continued to tell me over and over about the application process, not listening as to the fact I have applied. I am concerned as to the safety of my account information and social security number with FlexShopper.
