Ran into an issue with FedEx delivery, which prompted my call to FlexShopper. They completely understood the situation, and immediately took action. My account was crediting quickly while I was on the phone. I could not have had a better experience from them. Roxana went above and beyond to make my day better. I give them all all the credit, while FedEx on the other hand deserves a failing grade.
Flexshopper is just a bunch of miss leading advertising, I had applied in june of 2015 as I was approved it said for a $2,500 spending limit, did;nt see anything I needed at that time went back to purchase a item and now I have to reapply so I did now they say i'm not approved anymore i'm not sure why I would'nt have the same account as I had in June the same information and banking info but now they say I have to wait and apply in 180 days .!!!!!!! Maybe they should'nt say nobody is turned down, I see alot with the same issue

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH JAIR B IN THE BILLING DEPT TODAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS INTERACTIONS WITH ME CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED THAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS HIS FIRST PRIORITY.
My experience with Flexshopper was terrible. I ordered a King size bed in early-mid August with an estimated delivery date of Aug 26th-Sept 1st. I was to receive a call a week prior to delivery to schedule a date and time. Once Sept 1st had passed * called customer service and was told they'd suspend the 1st payment until delivery and that they couldn't control delivery as they buy it from an affiliate and have it delivered to me, which I understand and already knew. They said they'd turn it over to another department who were to look into it and call me back, I never recieved that call. I called again mid Sept. and basically had the same conversation and again never received a call back. Today, September 23rd I received a call from a delivery company who said they were 10 mins away! Luckily I was home, so he brought a bed. Not the correct bed. Not a bed with all the pieces. A bed that was damaged and a month late. I apologized to the delivery guy for wasting his time and sent him on his way with the bed. I called customer service again and was told it wouldnt be cancelled until the return was confirmed AND that FlexShopper had alresdy been taking money from my checking account for the last THREE weeks when they clearly stated it wouldnt be debited until delievry. I asked for a supervisor who gave me a refund of the three payments and cancelled the entire order. Not one aspect of the experience was positive.

The actual concept of Flexshopper is great however be sure to read the small print or call customer service if you don't understand your contact or this could really cost you. FIRST and foremost---PAY YOUR BALANCE BEFORE THE 90 DAYS ARE UP!!!!! USING THE EARLY PAYOUT OPTION THAT YOU MUST CALL AHEAD AND LET THEM KNOW,,DON'T **ST PAY IT IT WON'T automatically pay it off!! As you will also,pay a $ 50 fee for ownership. * The policy is 90 days same as cash price. So if you purchase a 500 item . For 90 days it's a $500 *item on the 91st day you are now contracted into a 52 week lease and will pay more than triple the original purchase price if you decide you want to own the item!!
SECOND-these are WEEKLY PAYMENTS DIRECTLY OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT (nsf) THEY WILL TRY TO RE DEDUCT UP TO 3 TIMES THERBY CAUSING YOU 3 NSF FEES FROM YOUR BANK. IN ADDITION AT ANY TIME THEY WILL START TRYING TO DEDUCT DIFFERENT SUMS OF MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT SOMETIMES 3 or 4 a day!!! When contacted about this they claim it is in the contract however, I could never find that and in the course of one day they managed to charge $78 - $ 81- $ 18. - all just random amounts- After much fighting I did get them to return the random drawn funds but it was a fight. I will say that if you contact customer service they will work with you. As one rep told me they are not in the REPO BUSINESS so as long as you keep your words they will work with you on the payments. You have no idea how costly this can get especially if you are not used to a weekly auto deduction. As an example how this can blow up in your face. You buy an item for $ 500--weekly payment to lease this item during the 90 day period is 5.56 a day-or $41.50 a week or $166 a month IF YOU DO NOT OPT FOR THE EARLY PAYMENT OPTION you will now pay $2158 plus the $50 or $2208 for that same 500 item. So BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO IF YOU ARE WANTING TO ACTUALLY OWN YOUR ITEMS...WITH THAT SAID... On the PRO SIDE-- there isn't anything you can't get up to your credit limit. If it's not on the site, you press the my personal shopper button. Tell them the items that you want as an example. I wanted a Visio 42 inch smart TV shopped around internet found best price to be a Best Buy.. Wrote the personal shopper gave her the make model and Best Buy's SKU NUMBER AND it was done! Delivered to my door within days ..so if it's not on their site and its within your credit line you can basically shop anywhere- sometimes they even find the exact item even cheaper for you. So in this respect they are unique as in you are not limited to just their supply of merchandise, They also state if something is defective they will repair or replace. Never went down that road but it is available, Another important thing to remember is terms -prices- payments vary from state to state and they do NOT REPORT to major credit bureaus if you are hoping to improve your credit score. My biggest advise is be aware of what you are actually signing up for and be sure to use the customer support team as often as you need. Quite honestly if you get someone who won't work with you, insist on someone else.. If it gets nasty for any reason- don't lie or try to just postpone them for a while- approach with the truth- this is what happened my situation has changed and stand your grounds. They will work with you. They really do not want to repo your items. I will say items received were all New in Original packing and perfect working order.. Also just as a final,note- remember you have a designated spending limit,which means you can purchase multiple items at any time but also remember everything I wrote above about the payments and how this all works.. Best Customer Service Rep was [redacted]- they have an automated directory by name to get his extension..

I really appreciate this service and the opportunity to obtain an item/items quickly without going through all the red tape. The weekly payments come pretty quickly but it's cool if you properly budget for those payments. I paid off my item prior to it going into the higher payment bracket so I really paid about $120 more for the item than I would have paid at the store. I look at it as a small finance charge for an item that is worth $1,300.
I was very pleased with the help Julia gave me today. I was confused about how much I could actually spend and was struggling with which item to order. I thought I couldn't get the one I really wanted, based only on the "weekly" amount, but then was informed that I could go by the cash price listed on the item and my available spending limit. That helped me SO much.
Jaimylee c. assisted me Thursday evening on an inquiry that became quite difficult for me to reach clarity on. Jaimylee was not only patient with my confusion regarding payments and balances but she was also very kind and considerate of the situation. I could not have been any more satisfied with the customer service she provided to me and also resolving the misunderstanding. Terrible company. They had trouble processing my first payment (there was plenty of money in the account) and so between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. they sent me seven text messages and six emails (which are hard to respond to when you are driving). When I got into the office I called them right away to provide the right credit card number and the payment was processed immediately. My lease limit was taken away and I was told by the representative that she was going to restore that (she offered, I did not ask). My limit was never restored. So if you like to be harassed and lied to, this is the company for you.
Great customer service. Very professional. I like the fact that I can talk to them via chat through their website or by phone. Will continue to use flexshopper just because of this.
