I applied for credit on November 26th, 2015 got approved for $875, the next day I decided to order my son the xbox one and the hoverboard, got a email for order confirmation. Says will ship by Dec, 4th to 9th. Thats great right? NOT! I go back to flexshopper.com to check the order and when I log in BOOM BIG AS DAY. You did not qualify for a spending limit???? Are you kidding me? I have the order confirmation email along with the your approved email and now I cannot log into my account? Noone seems to now know who I am, no responses no nothing. This place is a joke and would never ever in a million years recommend this crap place to anyone. How can they send an approval letter and order confirmation but then 3 days later say OOPS my bad never mind and not even have the decency to email me and say anything about sorry you no longer qualify, got my hopes up for christmas. LOUSY BUSINESS
I found flexshopper while doing a Google search for a a similar company that was an advertisement on my facebook page. I looked at a number of other sites, and flexshopper had the best deals for the product I was looking for(PlayStation 4). I submitted my information for credit approval and was given a credit line that was more than enough for the PS4. I placed an order for it. I didn't receive a tracking number by email or phone call, even though It showed on their page that it had been shipped. I then saw on the site that a payment was scheduled for the upcoming Friday, even though on their website it stated that the first week was free. I contacted them for the tracking number and about the payment. I received a response withing a few hours with the tracking number, and that I should disregard the message on my account about payment. I received the PS4 on the date the tracking number specified. The package was shipped from [redacted]. I had done research on this company before hand, so I knew I would be receiving it from a secondary seller. I did receive the first week payment for free, although, I only had the PS4 for 3 days. My first payment didn't come out of my account until the following Friday. Overall, my experience has been a good one. They're a new company, and I can forgive them as they work out the kinks in their business model. I couldn't have afforded this item straight up, and They are way cheaper than [redacted]. I would recommend them to anyone, and would do business with them again. Just a heads up to anyone considering them as a place to purchase. Email them in a day or so after purchase to get the tracking number. I don't think I would have gotten one if I didn't. Hopefully they'll change this in the future.
I was in search for an item and Emily S. went beyond her way to complete my order, let me explain. Simply I could of request an order online and waited the 24 hours and/or Emily had the choice to tell me that I can request it online and wait the 24 hours, BUT she took her time and went out of her way and 1. Found the item, 2. Retrieve the item and 3. Ordered the item for me all within a 13 minute conversation. I believe that we all have CHOICES in our live and we live with the choices we make, Emily S. made the choice to take her time and help me instead of taking the easy way out and directing me some where.
I had the pleasure to chat with Julia about a few concerns that I had. She answered my questions with professionalism and confidence. I enjoyed chatting with her and look forward to chatting with her again.
I had no problems getting approved and ordering my computer. I received it in no time at all! it was brand new and in the original box. I am returning it to them and there was not an issue doing so. they are fast and friendly and I will order from them again when I need to...

Today, May 28, 2016 was my first experience doing business with Flex Shopper, or even utilizing a Personal Shopper; it was indeed a great experience! After receiving my Flex Shopper online order confirmation, I noticed that one of the major items entered, had been left off the order. After being transferred to Gi Gi, she immediately took the time to address the additional anomalies needed and resubmitted the revisions to my attention for a final review. Considering I had a spending limit and needed to remain within the spending budget, making the necessary adjustments was a time-consuming procedure. Nevertheless, Gi Gi remained high-in-spirit with the most pleasant personality throughout the entire process. She politely reviewed each item that was shown from an outside Vendors website and made sure that the correct item (model) numbers were entered and matched the previous order. In addition, Gi Gi even made sure that the items remained at the most affordable rate! It is just as important that we as customer, continue a positive tradition by taking the time to inform corporate level management, regarding professional customer service being presented by those representing the corporation's forefront. Great customer service is such a positive incentive to incorporate when accommodating convenience, low prices and quality products. Customer Service at its best is what generates repeated customers! Please share on my behalf, recognition of customer service at its best, by observing with your corporate staff, management and entire organization, the outstanding performance by Gi Gi F[redacted]. CSR's were fantastic... Jazmine R especially....really felt hopeless with the personal shopper however after I read my emails containing summaries of items.. I was ping;ed by a rep .. I pm'd the rep my issues, and as I was searching for the order.. Jazmine R called, cancelled my order, helped me with the new one, checked availability and poof everything was done. Professional, completed order in a timely fashion , competent. Kudos good job Flexshopper
Today I was speaking with Mel in the billing department at flexshopper this man went out of his way for me that was the best manners I have heard in a long time.that place is great.

I feel they are a great company. Yes the prices are a lil steep but they certainly help people like me who are just starting to establish credit.
