I was a little nervous about using Flexshopper because of the negative complaints on the customer service but decided to give it a shot anyway and I have to say their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. I have had many phone calls with them, never wait on hold for long and their associates have always been super helpful, friendly and resolved all my problems. The cost to lease is pretty high but to be honest if you have bad credit you don't have many other options for purchasing on credit anyway. I have had a great experience with Flexshopper and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for payment options on furniture etc.
Christina H. was amazing and understood my situation with my wife. My wife had recently received a double lung transplant. Our bed is uncomfortable and old already. I am short by $1.25 on my credit and she went out of her way to try and help us. We still don't know if it will happen but Christina H. said she'd send it over to her manager right away.
My husband and I applied and turned us both down because they couldn't verify bank info even though it's a well known bank. I double checked bank info before submitting. This company is a joke. They say no credit checks but they do. Stay away from them.
I was very pleased with the support I got from the customer support in trying to find the product that I needed. Richard B was patient, dedicated and trying to find the item I requested. The entire process was great from the beginning to the end.
Prompt and accurate customer service.
Wish they would modify their contention on their website that they will order a product that the customer finds, from any vendor indentified by the customer, or abide by their advertisement.
Other than that, they are very reliable and friendly and actually very easy to deal with, as I just this morning experienced with a customer service rep. named Julia.
I think that they provide an important service to the public, especially for people with credit problems. The variety of products available is amazing. I've completed around ten product leases with them, and have not experienced any problems with products or service.
They sent me a cheap knock off of the Serta chair I ordered and 6 days later it is stuill sitting in my floor as they have not provided a return label. I am dealing (or at least trying to) with a "Elta" in the returns department and so far can't get a straight answer to simple questions like "Where is the return label", Has the correct item shipped" Are you planning to bill me for the wrong item"
My overall experience with Flexshopper has been positive. They typically have products I want. The customer service has been responsive and cleared up any issues I had with my leases.
Nicole was very helpful she took time to research information for me as well as showing me how to customize my merchandise. She's was a big help with my decision.... There should be more Nicole's like her in this company
May 24/2016 I spoke to a nice young women by the name of Precious W. she was very nice and friendly she help me today . I recommend Flexshopper I just wish you could pay online or make phone payment and also the should have a V.I.P. Appreciation customer program
I had to pleasure of speaking with Jennifer when signing up for flex shopper and she did such an awesome job with helping me select products for my children. It's not often I'll find a representative who is so eager to assist and took the time to thoroughly assist me. My children loved the items I ordered for them by the way and I think Flex Shopper is a great way to purchase if you're not wanting to spend a lump some at one time. Way to Jennifer on being so polite, I appreciated your assistance.
