FlexShopper and I have been sharing in the headache of a troublesome situation regarding a missing, likely stolen package, but there are two individuals whom I have been working with to help rectify this situation and have been doing their best to help me out and resolve this issue as expetiously as possibleThe first is Adrieana Ofrom the billing department and the second is Tito G., the investigator for the companyBoth of these individuals are doing all in their power to handle this situation respectfully and expeditiously and even though there are a few things which could have been done to prevent this situation, I do not feel FlexShopper is completely at fault and I would recommend their services to anyone who wishes to lease to own anything, as opposed to using something like rent a centerAgain, Adrieana Oand Tito G., I thank you both for all your help and I know you will bring this issue to a close soon, so thank you both for a wonderful experience, as possible, regarding the circumstancesSincerely, *** ***
In theory, FlexShopper is perfect I do not have good credit and they came in handy However, having said that, I think this is perfect for SMALL items I ordered a 50" TV It was shipped to me It was left ouside - in the rain - on my driveway - in front of my garage #- box was damaged from rain, #- anyone could have seen it and stolen it #- I had to call someone to help carry it in the house as I have a lot of steps to get in my house There was no set up, no inside delivery, etc So that is my only complaint After that issue, when I needed a new clothes dryer, I called local because if that was the way FlexShopper delivered a TV, I was not sure HOW a clothes dryers was going to be delivered I knew it would not be set up Same with my sectional sofa FlexShopper was actually cheaper than the furniture store, but I needed inside delivery - which I got with a furniture store Now I am shopping for a mattress Even though I have the account with FlexShopper, again because of their delivery, I will probably be ordering from someone else

They dont let you lease other items after your order has been placed until it's fully paid off
One thing I researched is that this company is the middle man to the bigger company you can't get approved forSo pick your battles, but I made my $weekly payments and NEVER had one problem with this companyThe staff could of been more patronizing, but I liked the "short and to the point" customer serviceWould that work everywhere? NoBut in this case I LOVE FlexshopperI just spoke with Shawn who said I'm ready to lease more and he increased my spending limitWay to Go Flexshopper

I purchased an item through Flex Shopper and for some reason the initial payment did not go through. I assume a number was keyed in incorrectly I received seven texts and six emails between 8:a.mand 8:a.m(on my drive to work) from Flex Shopper. Thirteen contacts in one half hour!!! As soon I as got into work, I called them and correction the payment information and the payment was processed. The lady on the telephone told me that she would immediately restore my spending limit. The spending limit was never restored as promised. I contacted Flex Shopper and was told that my spending limit would be restored after six successful payments. I have now made six payments as of last week and the limit has not been restored. Stay away from Flex Shopper unless you wish to be lied to and harassed. They are a terrible company

Adding to that experience, when I called them to find a product which was not in their inventry, Mr.M., one of their executive went out of the way to hlep me find what I was looking for and closed the deal in less than 15 mins. I was very happy with the whole experience and their app is an addition that gives you a feeling of me being in control.
